Easy-ish to assemble, surprisingly effective. Easy to get in and out of. Provides a higher-resistance workout than conventional exercise bands worn over the knees, but are more comfortable and consistent.

Love this machine. When I decided to give up my gym membership for a home gym, I wanted to make sure I got the hip abductor as that is what I would miss the most at the gym. Could not be happier with this little machine. Was super easy to put together and light enough that I can easily move it anywhere I want to. As tiny and light as it is, it definitely does the trick. Just as good as the heavy duty one in the gym. This was a great addition to my home gym!

I like the machine. Overall the weight/resistance is definitely not 55-65 lbs like the listing states. It's closer to 30lbs. I added the resistance band that came with it and got it closer to 40-45 lbs. Which is good for now. I have other bands I can add later perhaps when I want more resistance. It came on time and it was easy to put together.

This is teeny not tiny! Don't waste your money. My 3byear old toddler stands as tall as thia machine. Buy some squat bands sit on the edge of the chair and go for it. You'll get better results or about the same. Because of it's size (Im 5'4") the pads reach a little pass the middle of my thighs and because of that it's harder to target the glute area I would like. The pads should reach the side of your knees towards the beginning of your thighs. It feel like im getting a hip workout versus a glute workout.
