I’m really happy with this! They didn’t bribe me to do a review and I don’t often write reviews, I just think this is a genuinely good product. It’s better priced than a lot of the other ones and the quality feels good. It’s solid and doesn’t slip around. So glad I went for this 3 in 1 option as I think I might’ve broken my neck with only the roller option! The round cushion is my favorite, followed by the dome foam one. I swear I can see a significant difference in just a week, I feel much more toned around my middle, hips and legs. I use it about 3 or 4 times per day for about 5-10mins a time. I try to do it while I’m on the phone or watching Netflix. It’s a fun way to get a bit of exercise without breaking out in too much of a sweat! Lol. I live in an apartment with wooden floors so I do it on top of a yoga mat to prevent it banging on the floor if I lose my balance. My toddler loves it and I’ve just ordered one for my Mom too. Would highly recommend!!

This is a heavy board so it moves slower than an indo board. Safer, it won't break on you. Better for older people. Lots of options for exercise so young and old. Great for lower back pain and strengthing legs. Good for diabetes because the calf muscles activate insulin.

I was really expecting to warp or break the board as I am not light as a feather although under the weight limit. To my surprise, this board is super sturdy, I've used it daily for a month and no warping or damage. I have been practicing my balance/agility and working on ankle strength, this combo is perfect. I can build up the intensity and challenge depending on which base I choose to balance on, really loving the foam half cylinder. Super effective, you feel it in your core!

Very happy with this purchase! I was looking for something to help me train and strengthen my body because I'm going snowboarding in Whistler in a month and I'm a bit out of shape. I couldnt decide on a product because I wanted to practice on an air cushion, a foam roller, half foam roller or actual tube.. but I knew I didn't want to make many purchases and each piece would give me different balance techniques to practice on. I came across this product and I LOVE that it is a combination of everything I wanted! The air cushion is perfect for beginners who don't feel stable (me).. the foam roller was great when I felt like I wanted a step up in challenge.. and the tube is exactly what I wanted to be ready for. I was able to get up on the tube by the first day. By the time I was practicing on the tube, I was only practicing side-by-side and I used the other balance pieces to help me feel secure on each side in case a catastrophe happened. Once I got that down I realized this motion wasn't going to help me feel ready for snowboarding.. Another reason I love this product is the fact that you can unscrew the bottom stoppers and move them. I put both stoppers on the narrower side of the board and was able to practice balancing more similarly to snowboarding. Very very satisfied with this product! I paid about $84 mid November.. a week later it is $99. Still the best price compared to other options similar to this combination.

I'm having fun with this, and it is bringing more fun to my workouts. I don't know how long it will last. As an average size adult female, I think the sturdiness is fine, but not sure how long it would last if I was a big/tall guy or heavyset. It is easy to put together and spending 5 min. a day in first week has helped me to gain balance. I'm looking forward to doing more, and can see how my body is quickly adapting, so I'm guessing for those who are new, like me, a little bit every day over a couple months will bring good results, and I feel confident I'll be doing some tricks by then, too.

My family (including kids ages 6-12) love using this balance board and all the options. We chose this one since we can change the difficulty and direction with the rail stops on the bottom as well as using the different pieces not just the roller for balancing. This is perfect as part of our training for snowboarding.
