I'm having fun with this, and it is bringing more fun to my workouts. I don't know how long it will last. As an average size adult female, I think the sturdiness is fine, but not sure how long it would last if I was a big/tall guy or heavyset. It is easy to put together and spending 5 min. a day in first week has helped me to gain balance. This is a heavy board so it moves slower than an indo board. Safer, it won't break on you. Better for older people. Lots of options for exercise so young and old. Great for lower back pain and strengthing legs. Good for diabetes because the calf muscles activate insulin.

everything was great until I used it at my parents house when dog-sitting. The roller is now so packed full of dog hair I'll have to re-wrap it with something else. I've lint-rolled it so many times, even used ducktape in the same way. a lot came out but it's still full of dog hair. I chose this set because of the price and now I wish I had waited and saved up for one of the sets with a plastic roller ... show more

I really like this board but there are a couple of QC issues that make it not work. Overall, design is great, build materials are great, finishes are great. The issue is with the threaded inserts, stopper construction, and fasteners provided to install the stoppers on the underside of the board. I could not get the fasteners to thread, so I put calipers on the fastener, stopper, and the threaded insert depth. The threaded portion of the faster is approximately 40mm long. The stopper piece is about 30mm thick, then the inserts are set to about 9mm (measured with a feeler then put on the caliper. You end up with a potential 2mm of "bite" for the fastener, but the board and blocks aren't true enough for this type of tolerance and the insert isn't perfectly square, so you can't get the pieces to go together. I suspect the holes drilled for the inserts were out-of-spec and were made too deep. From a design standpoint, this would be an easy fix with a slightly longer faster or shallower hole and the use of a washer. I will try and return this and see if the replacement is any better. Based on the number of high ratings, I'm assuming a got a dud but the manufacturer should be checking fitment (or at least random sampling) for this portion of the manufacturing. ... show more
