This is by far the best pool pillow we have purchased. We especially like the valve seal. It looks really good. Also the rope to tie the pillow to the pool and the enforced grommets are an added benefit. We'll see if it holds up to our bad windy winters. Update: it is now April and the pillow is still inflated, so it did its job. However it is not in the center of the pool. So the ropes didn't hold up. Obviously winter performance will dictate actual effectiveness but this seems well made. Material is thick, no apparent defects. I like that there are holes in each corner to attach rope. Nice length of rope, seems like around 50 feet. I wish there were actual grommets in the holes, hopefully they don't tear, they are somewhat reinforced with a seam. I also wish the rope was less stretchy but I can change that if it is a problem. They do take awhile to fill. Update 3/18/24. These have now lasted 2 winters. I am looking to get a couple more next winter to have a bigger bubble in the pool. I'm happy with these. ... show more

As the title of my review states, I have mixed feelings about this product. We bought two of these pool pillows after previously buying another brand that was terrible, literally came to us with patches on it. So of the two pillows we bought, one has stayed inflated as it’s supposed to, is durable, high quality, and so worth the money. The other pillow is not welded right at the seam for lack of a better word and keeps deflating. We keep trying to superglue it, and other things to try to get it to stay inflated, but it will not stay inflated. I gave four stars, assuming that most of the pillows are like the one that stays inflated. It is very disappointing, that our second pillow has the defect. So again, I have mixed feelings, based on one pillow I would definitely buy this product again based on the other pillow, I would not. ... show more

Used 1 winter. Was OK. Second winter it went flat in a month. I bought another one last October 2025 from the pool supply store where I bought my pool thinking that maybe the Amazon one was a knockoff. But the one from the pool supply store didn't even stay inflated for over a month this past winter. Just took it out of the pool after one season. Look at the picture.
