After a bad office copier/printer purchase based off of "fluff" reviews, I waited to review this one until we had a chance to really use it. We work in a small office (three employees with a slew of others who run in and use our machine and leave), with a primary focus on copying. Not being able to afford a high priced copier, this was our budget based choice and the quality is a great value for the price. The printing/copying quality is actually better than our large professional copier that is down a floor from us. The pages per minute output doubles what our previous printer could do, and the time saving factor is amazing. You can do more than one function at a time (i.e. use the fax machine, and then immediately make a copy), which was one of our problems with our previous machine. The touch screen is reactive and the menu is very intuitive. So far, I have nothing bad to say about this machine. We've had it just over a month with no problems what so ever. Our office had a Cannon for years and was hesitant on buying a different brand. Glad we bought the Zerox. Has excellent speed and perfect copies. It has also become our fax machine. Going to have to invest another $100 for the wireless adapter which it does not come with. Prints envelopes and just about any size of paper you put in it. ... show more

Everything was fine until the 3615/DN quit working and I had to call Xerox's service department. Xerox service for this model is absolutely terrible.Total disorganization on Xerox's end. No one can make a decision on Xerox's end. Service is outsourced outside the USA. If you consider service as part of your purchase decision, stay away from this model. ... show more

This printer prints quickly and can handle a heavy amount of printing. The only problem I have had with it is that it seems to prefer to print front and back as a default so I have to make sure it is programed correctly so it prints single pages. The printer holds a lot of paper (the paper drawer is a little finicky so I place the paper in without pulling the drawer completely out). It does catch thicker paper inside the machine but I don't know if that is a setting issue or if it can only handle regular paper and not thicker stock paper but but that is not a huge issue for me. The printer scans to pdf and is more streamlined with a smaller footprint than my previous, rather imposing, xerox workcentre. The toner is expensive for this unit but lasts a long time. Overall, I am very happy with the 3615/DN. It does almost everything I want it to do, worry free. The seller shipped very quickly and it was well packaged. ... show more
