I have been researching printers for quite a few months and the workforce Pro EC 4020 Is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a little hard to find because there’s also the 4030 and the 4040 all of those function the same way some of them have a larger paper cartridge to hold 500 sheets that was not critical to me so the single normal size paper was fine but of course if you’re going to use it commercially or for extremely high volume she may want the 4030. The color is great the quality is amazing the speed is awesome do you invest in the XL ink cartridges. ... show more

So far it's a great printer. The color prints very evenly and clearly and is user friendly. So far, I haven't printed any pictures, but im sure they will come out great using the photo paper. It's also very pretty. 😊

This printer is not worth the money in the least. It broke after less than a years use, and wasn't used much at all. Reached out to customer service who did not want to help because the refund time had passed, and didn't seem to care that the product is worthless.

After having the printer for some time now I have realized what a headache it really is. Even when you print black and white it still uses color ink and requires all ink in order to print. When a color cartridge is out the printer will no longer work. The user manual states that you still can print but it's not true based on customer service experience. ... show more

    • Nice Printer at a good price point
Nice printer at a good price point for an all in one. Does not scan both sides of paper but you can overcome this with the Epson Scan 2 Software but selecting add pages at the beginning of the scan and flip pages. Don't need this very often so it's a decent work-around. Printer setup originally as DHCP over WiFi but would lose it's network/IP after going to sleep for an undetermined time. Epson Tech Support had me set up as Static IP and it has worked for a couple of days but won't wake up over the network again. Epson believes it's my router but I doubt that as my previous Epson all in one never lost it's network ip. Troubleshooting in process... 11/15/2021 Update - When I ping -a then IP, the host name resolves and the printer then responds. Subsequently, I added the Printer's IP to my desktop's Windows Host File. Also refreshed Epson Scan 2 to the new IP. Seems to be fixed. Will provide update if the printers' networking fails again. ... show more

    • Good printing quality but it's a scam!
This printer has good printing quality and it is fast but it's trash! When I print envelopes it gets them dirty with faded black ink all over. The cartridges are a scam and expensive. Their customer service is so bad they never answered me regarding my envelopes getting dirty. I use this for my invitations business so unfortunately I need a printer. I had an awesome hp that was cheaper and way less features and it worked better. I don't know if I should buy another and sell this one on FB because I can't return it. ... show more
