The media could not be loaded. This umbrella is light weight and easy to carry in it's portable bag with strap. I keep it in my car. It is easy to set up anywhere. Even though it is durable in the wind meaning it doesn't flip inside/out, I would recommend a weight to keep it down if it is windy so you don't need to hold it. It is great for 1-2 people in chairs; would be better if the diameter were larger for better coverage. The umbrella top tilts to block the sun. Versatile because it can unscrew and be used as a beach umbrella. It has hooks and cup holders which attach to the pole. Good quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've had this umbrella about 8 mos. The best part, is it not big, heavy and hard to lug around as I do my projects and it's easy to assemble and operate. The downside is the part that makes it lightweight is easy to use, the umbrella fabric is great for blocking the sun, but NOT DURABLE! If you forget and leave it open, and the wind picks it up in my backyard, when it tumbles in the AZ yard rocks and hits a tree, it gets caught and TEARS very easily!!! While the mechanism works great, the fabric needs to be a little more durable. Sad part is I can't just order a new replacement umbrella for it, so I'm out $65!

I received this product and a part of it broke the first time I opened it BUT when I wrote the company and sent pictures, the rep was SUPER helpful & sent me a new product. I love it and will order another someday. The base especially is sturdy, and I like that I can easily move it around.

Mostly use it at games here in AZ. I like the ability that it tilts to aim it towards sun. I do not use cup holders and don't see a need unless you are going to be in one place for hours. Slight wind will knock them over so you can either stake it down (there are holes on each leg) or just put a foot on it. Mine did seem to come where the plastic spacer sleeve between the two poles was out of position, but I was able to put it back. Pretty easy to put up and take down and weight is fairly light (bag does have a shoulder strap). Like this much better than Sunbrella because those are bigger and heavier and need to really stake the center down (not always possible) and if you just angle it where it is touching ground, then it kind of blocks air flow from about 90degrees which makes it seem hotter when sitting under them.

I haven't used the shade umbrella outside yet, but it seems like it will be completely adequate to my needs. I'm going to set it up as shade while I'm gardening outside. The plastic tighteners and knobs are thin and seem flimsy to me. It looks like it wouldn't take a lot of torque to break them. I hope they last.
