I purchased this camera and it worked for about 3 days and then it stopped .let me say this the camera was not broken it did not break! the problem was there was no video there was no showing still pictures like the people moving outside there was nothing ( because I did not pay the 29.95) it had nothing to do with the equipment itself the body itself it was pretty sturdy. I got in touch with them and they said they wanted me to download an app a another app because my question was can I still get or can I get live feed without a description and I said "absolutely" they said you can download this app Aiwait. And I get live feed for 3 days and my trial was up but with this AiWIT" So I absolutely can get live feed to try out I get a 30-day free trial and it's 29.95 a month if you don't pay them $29.95 a month you do nothing on your your camera at all when I went to see what was going on about that situation they notified me then and there that there"AiWIT" Has been changed to "Kermit" I was never notified !.This is a scam. I do not recommend this doorbell camera. I purchased two because they were on sale. After about two months, the first one stopped charging and would no longer hold a charge. Thinking it was just a defective unit, I installed the second one. Unfortunately, almost exactly two months later, it developed the same problem—it stopped charging and wouldn’t hold a charge as well. The fact that both cameras failed at nearly the same time is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this product. If you’re considering buying it, be aware that this was my experience. I’ll also be sharing my experience in a TikTok review so others can see how these cameras performed over time. See photos to see last time it was charged ( shows May) and see the picture of it on the charger yet it doesn’t indicate it’s being charged. ... show more

This camera is doing its job very nice. I am able to hear the doorbell when I am on my bedroom. The set up was easy but because my wifi modem is in my room, I was losing signal all the time on my camera. I resolved the situation with an wifi extender that I was not using. Now, the offline issue is resolved. Also, I used a very strong wider velcro to install on my door. I live in an apartment, so I decided not to get the membership. I still can see for 10 seconds anyone who pass by my door and I can receive alerts when they touch the doorbell camera. The battery is long lasting and very easy to remove to charge. I am satisfied with this purchase and I recommend it if you only need an affordable and effective camera. ... show more

When it was brand new back in December on the free trial that the app comes with it was 5 stars not one issue…… I give it 3 stars today in April as I now have a paid subscription and it becomes janky at times not doing what it’s supposed to do, and there aren’t any system updates to click in the event of bugs or whatever that essentially comes with electronics, nonetheless I contact support like it suggests to let them know what’s going on and have not received one response when clicking on the link they provide to send an email. Battery life is cool, depends how active the area placed in is- and motion detection frequency. Easy to set up, yes however charging you have to take off the back cover so you can’t leave plugged in although it’s wireless it has to to be charged eventually, tape on the back side sticks to any surface, durability and security on its own gets a few seconds but not full engagement if someone is standing directly in front for the amount of time you would like but it makes you want to check what’s going on and it’s almost like if you didn’t see it the camera saw some of it but can potentially miss the part you need in protecting your home or business. It works but I’m in between on how I feel with regards to my expectation of its quality like is it supposed to function like this lol. Lastly you can zoom in on your phone with your fingers unfortunately no zoom out like peripheral view works great at night and day and in the dark, but the range is a bit janky too. Some days it picks up nothing when it should be something and only would be something because you decided to look.
