To be fair, ive only had this for a day but i still love it. The instruction video to install was so bad, and the screws they provided mixed me up, so I almost broke the chair putting the wrong screws in but i fixed it overall. People saying there is a screw issue just need to put the provided washers. You have to degass the chair, because the factory smell is on the chair but if you leave it out overnight it should be gone. It looks great, its stable, and the color matches my desk. Its somewhat comfortable, not over-edge but I can still see myself sitting in this for hours. Overall, great product. They also overpackaged, meaning there were too much plastic and foam in the box, which kind of hurt as an environmentalist but It doesn't make a difference. Again, amazing product.

Great option for the price! I bought this for my in-house office space after using a dining chair for a while. What prompted me to buy this was that I had been battling some back pain from sitting in a normal chair. After switching to this chair my back pain did get better. The only issue I have is that the opening of my desk is not wide enough to accommodate the width of the chair. I am a full time student so I spend a lot of time at my desk, this chair is comfortable, slides around great, easy to put together and the neutral color fits in my space perfectly.

Great budget chair. My chair spins, tilts and moves up and down as needed. The wheelbase seems wide enough that it won't tip over. Upon trying to tip it, it would not. The wheels roll smoothly on my plastic floor protector. It rolled smoothly on bare wood floors. I had read in a few reviews that users had a problem with the tilt function. If your chair won't tilt, turn it over and make sure you have the tilt tension knob turned all the way to the plus sign. Then sit in it and make sure you pull the lock lever out from the chair. Try tilting. It should now tilt. If the lock lever is in the locked position (towards the chair) it will not tilt. On my chair, the lock lever does not lock the up/down function only the tilt. Once I have tilted the chair back, it will not lock me into the tilt position. Assembly was fairly easy. We had difficulty getting one of the screws to slot into place. We went back, loosened some screws, and then set the difficult screw in place while slightly jiggling the chair. It finally went in. Overall very happy. Seems comfy for now. I have only used it for a couple of hours over a couple of days.

This is my second time buying this chair within six years it’s a good chair it lasted me 6 years and I just purchased another one for my work space. It’s comfortable and it’s perfect for me as a short woman. It’s worth the $36 but if you are a woman please have a man assemble this for you because I was lost as hell. That’s the only reason why I took off a star but other than that the chair is worth the money and will last a good long time.
