  • Compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Only. XTU J10 doorbell camera requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and DOES NOT support 5GHz. Setup is simplified with Bluetooth-assisted pairing and video tutorials, typically taking under 3 minutes. For optimal performance, position your router close to the camera or use a Wi-Fi extender to avoid video delay or alert delay.
  • How long do I need to charge the Doorbell? Under laboratory environments, the doorbell camera wireless battery lasts up to 2 months with 20 daily triggers. Real-world usage varies depending on motion frequency and environmental factors. TO EXTEND BATTERY LIFE, adjust sensitivity to minimize non-essential alerts or narrow motion detection zones to focus on key areas. NOTE: Avoid installing in high-traffic areas (e.g., facing sidewalks).
  • How is the 2K video quality? The door bell camera features a 2K HD camera with a 120 wide-angle lens, capturing crisp footage day and night. Enhanced night vision illuminates up to 33 feet, making this door camera essential for outdoor security. Renters will appreciate the no-drill installation options, including heavy-duty adhesive strips for smooth surfaces or corrosion-resistant screws for permanent mounting.
  • To Minimize False Alarms-Customize motion sensitivity and detection zones on this doorbell camera to prioritize humans, pets, and vehicles while ignoring plants or insects. The AI algorithm learns patterns over time to reduce false alerts. Note: Avoid pointing the doorbell camera toward busy streets or fans for better result. Temporary sensitivity adjustments may improve accuracy during heavy rain or wind.

  • No subscription required! Highly recommend!
We are very impressed with this doorbell camera. The quality is super clear especially at night and we love that there’s no subscription required. Just an SD card is needed to the store motions and live feed. The notifications and the intercom and the other functions work very well and it does not have any inaccurate motions compared to other doorbell rings I have tried. I can also zoom in live feeds & recordings. The battery last very long about 30 days until recharge. The account setup, installation and to add users was very easy and the connectivity signal is perfect. We definitely feel more confident & safe with this security doorbell! ... show more

  • WE LOVE OUR DOORBELL CAMERA!
We love this doorbell camera. I love how you can position the direction of the camera. I’m glad it doesn’t swivel & the remote is the app, this is the perfect home accessory for us. The photo & video quality is impressive. Here’s a photo I took one random morning when I looked through the app & saw this beauty. We had heavy fog, so thick & it made the sun look like a fire in the sky. If you have any issues, check the app, it will answer all of them. The camera is durable because one of our cats knocked it down while I was charging it. Great value & functionality for sure. This doorbell camera makes me feel safe. Yesterday there was a solicitor out front, didn’t ring the bell, but he was in the detection zone & the camera alerted me via the app’s push notifications. My husband is also able to see & receive alerts. Oh, one last tidbit, my husband has full control of our camera on his phone & yesterday while I was putting our solar lights back in place after our landscaper was finished, my husband startled me by speaking through the intercom & he works 30 miles away. That’s amazing. ... show more

  • Best budget priced doorbell camera on Amazon.
Easy set up, good quality videos and pics. Added a SD card to record videos without buying a subscription monitoring service, and this doorbell camera does the job well for a fraction of it's competitors. Price is very affordable and best camera for the money I've ever purchased. ( this being my third doorbell installed) highly recommend for anyone wanting peace of mind on a budget. JW ... show more

  • Very good camera for the price
Jan 2025 Update: They don't tell you this but I've learned about it during the major cold snap we've had twice now. If the outside temp gets anywhere -0F to about 20, maybe 24-25F, don't expect this camera doorbell to record and notify you of every alert you set it to notify you about. For example, during our two cold snaps of arctic weather, the doorbell misses times when it should be recording or notifying me of someone in view of the camera. This includes when I have taken my dog outside- it'll sometimes only record when I'm first in front of the camera's view or as I'm walking back into the house instead of both, same goes for the areas I've set as areas I want it to definitely notify me about. So if you live in an area that gets a lot of below 0F temperatures, you might want a different brand but I did speak with their customer service and nothing really improved it; however, they did give me a free 6 month cloud storage option for compensation of the issues I've been having. I recently bought this doorbell cam and I'm very impressed with it, especially for the price point. It was quite easy to install. I wasn't sure how well the sticker would work since those things are usually 50/50 on how good they are so I used the screws to attach the camera to my house. Didn't take long at all & then I set the camera angle how I wanted it, also super easy. I finished charging the camera before attaching it permanently & it didn't take too long actually. The camera was over 80% charged when it arrived so it took under an hour to reach 100%. I tested it out a few different ways to make sure the motion detection was spot on and it was. That evening, when it got dark, I made sure to check the camera's feed and it's super crisp and clear. I can even see clearly to where my car's parked so that's great. You can see someone pretty clearly in night vision. I did have to adjust the motion sensor settings in the app to help remove false notifications but that didn't take long and it'll also save some battery life. Now, onto the battery life. I can't speak for how long I will have before it needs recharging as I've only owned the camera for 4 days as of this review but in that 4 days it's still at 70% charge. I'm not going with the paid subscription option but I did install a micro SD card into the camera and that connected easily. You have to format the card first though- just a head's up for you. All in all, this is a well built camera, it has the settings I need and best of all, no subscription required to have the good features, unlike other camera doorbells and security systems. Update 2026- I had a question in regards to something that was occurring during the charging process. I bought this camera a couple of years ago but this company STILL answers any questions I have quickly, politely and they don't stop until your question has been resolved. You have to respect that kind of business. ... show more

  • No longer detecting motion after less than a year.
Was great until the last full charge less than a week ago. The camera feed is way more clear than my front door ring camera, I use this one to watch the back side of my house and driveway. I bought it shortly after my birthday last May because 2 days after putting together and covering the grill I bought as a gift for myself someone attempted to steal it. It was time to charge the camera last week. After charging and remounting it suddenly no longer is detecting motion. Even right in front of it it may pick up once and then is delayed. I have tried everything to no avail. It is completely useless if it is not detecting motion or movement. Does no good to have to go to the live feed which is pretty much the only time it works now. The day after originally leaving this review (which by the way I just found out was left on a camera I did not purchase) it was full of condensation, the condensation dried by nightfall and had a clear picture. Tonight at 10:40pm TN the video is so cloudy I can barely see anything and around one edge is what I can at best refer too as being blurry and pixelated. As I said totally useless when it's not detecting motion, even more useless now. 3-14-2026 got a firmware update this morning that did absolutely nothing, motion still not detected. Yesterday my cousin and I both stood less than 2 inches from the camera and both moved at an amount that should have alerts nonstop. I got 1 very delayed notification. ... show more

  • Great Camera-Superb Customer Service
The image is crystal clear and the sensitivity is excellent—no subscription required and the camera alerts when there is movement. You can get cloud storage for a tiny price, but an SD card works just as well. The battery is pathetic. The description claims the battery lasts two to three months between charging. Not so! I received and charged this camera 20 days ago and will charge it again for the third time in the next two days. A charge lasts about a week, a far cry from two to three months! Update: I was contacted by customorre service and advised to update the software and change the sensitivity setting from 5 to 3. This took care of the battery issue. There have been several emails back and forth and this company has been one of the best I have ever dealt with regarding one being satisfied with their product. You cannot go wrong with this doorbell camera. These people are terrific! ... show more

  • Other than the fast draining battery, it's a great camera.
I would give this a better review if the battery stayed charged for more than a couple days. The first few months it stayed charged for a long time but it has gotten shorter and shorter. I live in a small apartment building with very little traffic so it's not caused by being in a high traffic area. Other than the battery issue, it's a great camera for a reasonable price! Clear videos, ok sound, does what it's supposed to do. And I like that I can adjust the angle of the camera easily. Fix the battery problem and this would be a 5 star item for me. ... show more

  • doorbell is good, mount (might) not
update: the company reached out and is replacing the doorbell as my mounting strips were faulty. i appreciate the great customer service and will update if there is a problem with the new one but i am hoping not! the goods: - the doorbell works well. great quality - great storage on the app interface - easy to set up and connect the doorbell. connectivity is good and it stays connected. - notifications are prompt - it’s easy to connect other devices to the family app the bads: - it will not stay mounted with the products they send. no other mounts will fit it either. so it fell off after about two weeks and now we have tried basically everything (cannot drill) to get it to stick back up. it will not. - sound quality is bad - notifications are incessant and changing the sensitivity in the app doesn’t seem to do anything - app interface is ok at best but could be challenging for somebody who’s not familiar with technology overall, not a bad budget substitute for a ring and i like not having a subscription on top of an actual purchase cost. however, i wouldn’t recommend for a rental or apartment if you can’t drill mount it ... show more
