It works great for where I needed it. The adhesive backing works great on my camper. There was no need to use the screws and anchors that came with it. The adhesive is very strong so make sure you have it straight before it makes full contact. It comes with all kinds of sponges in the box for a perfect fit! There is very little obstruction along the frame so it doesn’t affect the picture quality. Great value for your money. The case doesn’t affect the WiFi connectivity.     • A little tricky, but it does work well
A little odd. Kind of cumbersome. It seems like they had an idea but got the execution almost right. If you need to recharge the battery every now and then, it is a bit frustrating to open and close. Opening is easy enough. It uses the bottom security screw from the camera. But to close it you have to do this sort of puzzle piece fit on the top and close the bottom just right to get the halves to line up just right. I do like that it came with foam so you can adapt the insides to hold the camera nicely, such that it won't rattle around. And the angle It points can be adjusted finely and locked in with a second security screw. I would have liked heavier plastic and a better open-close design, but it works. I am sure I'll get used to it. ... show more

It has foam inside and depending on the doorbell chosen, the inner foam gives accommodation for my ring doorbell without any issues. For me it was easy to put together and all I did was remove the four inner foam peaces. It fits nice and snug in the oblong peace. I then closed it up and checked for the picture quality, there was nothing blocking the picture quality which gives good picture quality and night vision. It did not block my WIfi connection, the cover turns well with no issues and the glue it holding it well enough do I did not need to to drill.     • Exactly what I wanted
Easily put together and holds Ring Doorbell exactly in place. Securely fits to my iron gate with the use of the screws. It is not 100% theft proof, but it would be difficult to remove without the proper tools. Looks good and I like that it can be locked in place or swiveled around. It works for me.

This is such a great adapter for my ring doorbell. My front door does not face the street so I needed something that would accommodate the view angle I needed. It was super easy to install with the option of mounting it using the included adhesive or a drill mount. I opted to use both just to make sure it wasn't going anywhere. I read reviews saying that the ring doorbell did not fit and rattled around but I used the included foam to ensure there were no gaps and my ring doorbell is quite secure. ... show more
