I bought this so my Ring device couldn't be easily popped off the wall. I mounted it to the wall with the included screws and it feels pretty secure. There's a lock screw for the adjustable angle and it seems to actually work. Inside the case when you get it there's foam inserts, I cut one piece down a little bit and put it behind the ring device to make it snug, otherwise there was a little wiggle room. Case comes apart and goes back together easy enough with the tools and it seems durable enough. ... show more

I followed the instructions exactly as written and waited 24 hours for the holder to adhere properly. However, within one day, my Ring camera was found on the ground because the "sticky" tape on the back was not sticky at all, and they don’t provide any backup adhesive. Additionally, I received a notice that I need to recharge the camera since the battery life is now at 20%. I just purchased this device in May (It's June now) and gave it a full charge. To charge it, I have to unscrew the unit to remove the Ring Doorbell from the holder. This is very cumbersome. The screws are so small that I have to be careful not to drop or lose them. In hindsight, I should have opted for a better, more expensive model. ... show more
