Good quality motion sensor. Very easy to set up. The only thing I would change is the volume. I would like the volume to be a little lower. The notification bell is a little loud at the lowest setting.

This is a great option for using indoors. The sensor is not waterproof, so this is really intended to be used in an area that will be protected by the weather. The sensor does not need to be plugged in. It is powered via batteries, or it can be recharged using the USB port. The alarm portion gets plugged into a regular wall outlet. It is thoughtfully designed so that when it is plugged in in the bottom outlet, the top socket is left wide open so that another plug can access the top portion of the outlet. The alarm portion does have a lot of different capabilities as far as the tones, volume and lights. When installing this I placed at low to the ground. My contractors have access to coming in through the rear of my garage. This notifies me inside my home when they are on the premises as I have a Mounted inside the garage door, and I know when they are entering and leaving the garage.

We had to experiment a bit with the placement of the sensor, because it is pretty sensitive. However, after we figured out the best spot, it is working great for our needs. Most of the chimes are pretty annoying, but we found a couple that are business appropriate, but it is rather loud if it is going near a desk or in a smaller office. It would be nice if it had a volume dial rather than pre-set loudness levels. So far, we are happy with the purchase.

I love this product. I’ve been looking for a solution for my cat who likes to go outdoors. When he’s ready to come in, he claws at the weather seal around my doors and rips them to shreds. Now that I’ve installed the wireless motion sensored door bell and I now know, in an instant, when he’s ready to come in. Once he gets close to the door, the chime lets me know he’s ready to come in. I have the motion sensor mounted at the top of the door jam, diagonally from where he enters. It’s a perfect solution!
