This is a joke. First of all, it takes button cell batteries, which install in the part that looks like a bullet. The button doesn't work properly and the only way I could turn it off and on was to screw or unscrew the cap for the batteries, which died within 3 days even though I didn't use it. There is no manual or written instructions at all. Additionally the unit did not stay on during use... seems to be a loose connection somewhere, because it would randomly start and stop again during active use.
