I had a wireless doorbell from Amazon that lasted several years. I tried to reprogram it and broke it. When I went to order a new one, I found that it was no longer available. This new doorbell I ordered is even easier to program. I purchased the 2 door bells & 1 receiver package. Don't know how long it will last or even if the battery can be replaced. The instructions say nothing about having to replace the battery. This doorbell is a cheap, easy alternative to repairing a hard wired doorbell. It covers my downstairs external doorbell and my upstairs external doorbell. The receiver is plugged in upstairs so the wireless range is good.

I was quite impressed with this 2-doorbell bundle. I also like the one-to-one feature (one transmitter rings only one receiver...default is both transmitters ring both receivers, but with different tones). The assortment of ringtones is nice, but it would be nice to have a back button, vs only a forward button (if I liked a tone, but scrolled past it, I'd have to listen to all 60 tones before I'd get back to the one I liked). The multiple volume settings is also nice. All in all, a solid purchase.

I bought these for my kids room. I have the button downstairs, so when they are upstairs i don't have to yell to get their attention to come down. They know they hear the bell to come down bc they are needed. I like that there's so many different sounds to choose from.
