I got it set up pretty easy, but then I had to move it due to remounting the TV. For some reason the remote control function didn't work anymore. After trying for a while I used to reset button on the units, and everything was fine. I may actually buy another transmitter soon.

Works with upto 3 receivers but they do lag. Works best with only one. Two tops. If anything is in the way of the antennas they lag pretty bad. Definitely doesn't work through walls. Power adapter cord frays easily. I need a replacement and can't find.. **update ** complete dead now. Won't power on even with another power cord. Just died out of no where. Blue light on P (power) wont light up and transmitter is useless. Three transmitters are dead now. Waste of money

I have this set up for my 4K CCTV system to monitor my cameras. The transmitter portion is upstairs on the first floor and the receiver for camera video is one floor below. The signal is able to penetrate through hardwood floors, sheet rock and concrete with no problem. The estimated distance is 20 to 30 feet. There are times when there is a lag and I do get a blurry screen, but a quick on and off reset establishes the video back to normal. The video that is transmitted and received his high-quality and I have a crystal clear screen on the monitor. For the price point this is well worth the value if you’re going to have the same set up.

This product works seamless for me. On my first test I was able to have it 3 rooms apart with no lost of signal. On my actual installation my receiver is outside on my back deck mounted with a 65 inch Samsung TV. My home is all brick yet I am able to get a clear picture with virtual no delay, great color and voice. This distance is around 25 feet from the Transmitter. I am very happy with the product and have not experienced any issues. I really like the fact I do not need a separate splitter to operate my host TV as it is built in to the Transmitter, so I can have the same picture broadcasting on both TV's simultaneously. Great product for the price. 5 Star Rating

This wireless HDMI extender is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to split the HDMI signal coming from the DirecTV receiver and send one to the local TV and one to the TV in the master bedroom. This unit has a passthrough on the transmitter so I didn't have to get an external splitter. I connected the DirecTV receiver to the HDMI transmitter and then from the transmitter to the local TV. I connected the wireless HDMI receiver to the TV in the master bedroom and powered it up, after a few seconds the picture and sound appeared. There is no lag in the signal, the picture and sound are in sync and the picture is crystal clear on both televisions. I would definitely recommend this item.

The transmitter and receiver work well and do provide you with a nice picture but they are definitely not long range. As long as they are in rooms next to each other or on two floors directly above and below each other they're fine. They don't really work any farther apart than one room.
