Great price for an awesome system. I bought this to replace an already pretty awesome soundbar with a subwoofer. But this is a true surround sound system. What a difference. It puts you right in the middle of the movie. The base is excellent. We have a Roku TV with built-in YouTube and music videos are fantastic with this system. It's extremely loud. I live on a farm and have no neighbors. No way can you turn this to 100 in an apartment or residential neighborhood unless you wanna talk to the police. It's nice they tell you the speaker wire lengths for the front and rear. Make sure you measure your preferred placements before you order. You can not use your own wire to extend the distance. But the included wire length is quite good for most setups. One wire is for the LED lights in each speaker. The built-in lights make the room look awesome. Customer service is excellent. Unfortunately after 8 months the sub-woofer went out. They had no problem replacing it. Got the new one in about 2 weeks. Best way to reach them is by email. Give them 24 hours and they will respond back to your messages. I would definitely buy this again. I have no regrets. I just can't believe it's so inexpensive for what you get. ... show more

I honestly really enjoy this Home theater, especially for the price. But I am disappointed because the one I got didn’t even work. Probably just a faulty Unit is all, but still. My friend suggested this company to me and I listened to one that he had and it was so impressive. I bought this one and was very excited to set it up, the LEDs on it are amazing too. You don’t see them on any other home theaters and that’s what sold me, but on arrival I was disappointed and I understand With companies that are going to give you affordable good quality sound. You’re going to maybe have issues so that’s why I’m still giving it a five star because when I was able to hear this company‘s sound for their price is really good. One thing I would suggest them to do is even if they make their products about $50 more use that to make the build and components higher quality so you don’t have the issues that I faced and it will take the company a lot further I have faith in this company to make some good products in the future. ... show more

Beware. 21/2 years and the subwoofer just quit. It sounded great while it worked but two and a half years of use and the subwoofer totally died. Product support links are absolutely useless crap. If I were you I'd look at other brands.

Wow I am absolutely speechless, this surround system is AMAZING, everything about it i give 5 stars i am soo happy with it, I bought it for myself for my own birthday. After so many days of searching for what I wanted verses what I could afford vs what I probably could do away with in making my final choice to buy this product appeared in my search just right before I had already made a decision on another product. When I saw the price and all of its capabilities ,, the compatibility with all of today's modern tech PLUS THE LED LIGHTS & 10INCH SUBWOOFER WITH BUILT IN AMP & RECIEVER....noo way I thought , can't be , under $300, what's wrong with it lol was my first thought lol then I said must not sound very good, oh well im a believe the reviews and see for myself and spend all the money I was willing to spend on something that to me sounded to good to be true ... I JUST GOT IT THIS MORNING , I SET IT UP BY NOON TIME I WAS WATCHING A MOVIE FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER, THEN BY DINNER I WAS COOKING / JAMMIN TO MY FAVORITE FUNK MUSIC IN THE KITCHEN...     • Updated: Great when working, frustrating to get working again ever 2 years...
When working, it was fantastic and easy to set up. So, I originally bought it almost 2 years ago. Then it suddenly and I mean SUDDENLY, went out. The power was working, but the sound had basically stopped. After several test to find out what happened, I found I would get no sound, but a low white noise or very low sound like a whisper on the loudest volume setting. Then nothing. I tried all settings and sounds options. It was dead, but still abled to be powered on and switch settings but it had 0 effect. SO I contacted them and tried to see if there was a secret factory reset. That took effort, since Im sure English wasnt their first language, but we both tried powering thru it. After I got them to finally accept it was def broken and needing replacement, things started moving quickly. They offered to replace sub to fix the issue. It took $60 being sent by paypal and within 1.5 weeks, I had the replacement. It solved my issue and everything was back to working as it should. Although it was wrapped like it was brand new, there was something that looked like plaster on the feet of the sub and a small 1 in dent on a corner. I thought that was a bit sus, but I tried it out and nothing was a miss. Problem solved. So far so good, but I've only had the replacement for maybe an hr, so I'll find out if I only had bad luck. Hopefully it doesnt die again in under 2 years. Customer service will take care of you out of the return window on Amazon or warrantee. It just cost that part and some time. If it breaks on me again I'll update the review and score to reflect that. 3.5/5 so far. If it never broke, Id say 4.5 to 5. UPDATE: 06/06/2026: Had it 4 years now So... I had the sound go out again, but different. It sounded like my system was hacked and had weird audio distortions on all my sound. I turned the system off and on again, unplugged everything replugged and had the sound go out completely... No matter what I tried, nothing worked. I noticed the back of the sub was really hot, so I unplugged it for a while. Like an hr or so then tried again. No dice. Next day, I looked it up online and found 1 random tip to unplug the HDMI cable I was running the sound thru(Arc setting, HDMI sound out from sub to TV) and do so on both ends AND leave unplugged for over 10 secs. Then I plugged HDMI back into sub then TV and sound came right back in! Apparently, there is a glitch that can sometimes happen and only that will reset it... Weird and oddly specific, but it worked. If not, another tip I found was doing what I did earlier and going to Optical sound, but I cant find those cords, so who knows if switching back to that would have reset it or not? It seems every 2 years, you can be unlucky and have your sound go out for no reason and have to massage your subwoofer's shoulders in a certain order or risk it giving you no sound and demanding you sleep on the couch... Update 06/07/26: Went out again. After fighting Amazon's AI system to run you in circles, I finally got to ask the seller a question to see if I can get a replacement and Im waiting on response. No amount of trouble shooting is working now, so replacement of subwoofer or tossing the baby out with the bath water is the only option! Update 06/16/2026 So, I got ahold of the seller, explained what happened and gave them all order info, etc. They told me my situation was not normal and helped me get a replacement subwoofer! As of now, the new sub is connected and everything is working! It's only been a few hrs, so I still have to test it for a bit, but it looked like a new one vs the used looking one I got last time. The seller was fantastic and made everything smooth to helping me solve my product issue. It took less than 2 weeks to get the replacement. I will return to update again after some time passes to tell if the product is holding up. If so, I'll update my rating again. ... show more
