I searched for a treadmill for about a month. I finally decided to get this one, and I am so glad I did. It is really easy to put together and all of the necessary tools are included. The size of this treadmill is perfect, not too small so as to be uncomfortable to use, but not too big to use at home. The motor is quiet and I am able to watch TV while exercising. The auto incline feature is my favorite as I can change my exercise routine on the board and do not have to stop to adjust manually. This treadmill works great for my use. Mostly walking. Sturdy and runs quiet. Only wish the support arms were about 2 inches taller, they are on the short side and I am only 5’9’’. It also arrived with a damaged support leg that they promised to replace but have not.

I had a hydraulic bar hit me in the face when cutting zip ties. Nothing was noted stating this was a possibility. I have a large cut in my mouth due to this. The item came with dents and deep scratches as well. Would not purchase

The delivery was fast and on time. It's easy to set up, I just follow the instructions and it takes a few minutes to get everything together. The treadmill works just fine and am very happy about it.

Product arrived earlier than expected. However, despite the product packaging appearing undamaged and seemingly well packed it did come with damage. The console support post was dented and the motor cover screws were over tightened resulting in the cover being broken at both screws. These seemed like factory created defects. When using the Fitshow app the videos are blurred. Some appear to be recorded from a helmet cam that is pointed so high the paths being run are not visible except on the horizon. I tested using socks only and it seemed the treadmill belt felt quite warm despite the instructions indicating it was factory lubricated. In all, it seems to work but really looks big and old as opposed to the photos on Amazon. You get what you pay for. The “perfect experience” purchases are going to be name brands at 2-3x the price. 🤷🏻♂️ ... show more
