  • Good Budget Treadmill, Top Notch Support
Color: 12% Incline with Auto Folding
I've used this treadmill for over a year and a half, mostly for long distance jogs. It can handle long running times at high intensity (6 to 7.5mph). It's one of the most compact treadmills you can buy with a good frame and shock absorption. As long as you regularly lubricate it on schedule it'll run very smoothly. UMAY's support has been top notch. I've encountered some issues that broke previous treadmills and they have been super responsive in helping me. This has resulted in them sending new treadmills free of charge which I greatly appreciate. Their support alone is worth the 5 star rating. After using it for so long I've had enough time to see some of its quirks. Here are some things I ran into you should keep in mind: - The pulse sensors are prone to static shocks and can kill the onboard computer. This took out 2 treadmills but UMAY graciously replaced both for free. I highly recommend removing the sensor plates in the handles and using hot glue to cover the internal connectors as I did to prevent it from happening again. - The treadmill has a time limit of 100 minutes. This is pretty standard as I found out shortly after hitting the time limit the first time. But this treadmill handles running at a high speed for the whole time limit without an issue. - The motor gets super hot! Enough to easily scald your hand if you touch it. This can translate into the walking tread heating up by quite a lot. Putting this machine on an equipment rack is very strongly recommended. I also recommend pointing a fan directly at the motor housing to keep it cool while in use. Overall I highly recommend this treadmill if you need a decent quality compact treadmill on a budget. Their responsive support makes getting a resolution to any issues you've run into much easier than other fitness equipment companies I've dealt with in the past. ... show more

  • Super Customer Service and a great product.
Color: 12% Incline with Auto Folding
This machine has worked perfectly for about 1 and 1/2 years. It has only about 60 hours of use. It was very easy to assemble. The seller was quick to respond with any assistance that was needed. However, the machine developed a problem and can no longer be used. The seller has worked very hard with me to fix the problem but had not been able to do so. The seller went above and beyond what was expected and has replaced the treadmill at no cost to me. I strongly recommend this seller. They have excellent customer service that is easy to communicate with and offers a really great product ... show more

  • Great for cardio and small home gyms
Color: 12% Incline with Auto Folding
Bought this treadmill to replace my walking pad treadmill I’ve had for years. My old one didn’t have a cup holder or a place to put my TV remote, and it lacked incline. I searched long and hard to find one with similar belt length and width as my other one - it seems the newer ones on the market are much smaller. I drug it into the house and assembled it by myself. I really like it except for these issues - the main reason I upgraded was to have a cup holder. The ones on this machine are not standard size and they are extremely shallow. I tore my kitchen apart going through every cup, disposable water bottle (20oz does not fit) and even drinking glass. Nothing fit! Maddening! Finally found this old bottle and it fits so now I have to pour water from my cold Stanley into this to work out. Second thing is, the HR hand holds shock the crap out of me everytime I’m using the treadmill so I finally had to wrap the handles with wrists weights to cover the metal. It’s summer currently, so the air inside my house is not dry and full of static. Button beep is extremely loud. I wish I could turn volume off. I wish my workout stats stayed on the display for a bit once workout is done. I have to take a pic to compare to fitness tracker after workout is done. The manual sucks!!!! Scan the QR code to assemble. I have these 2 knob screws that neither the manual nor video mention or tell me where they go. Power cord is at front. I had to stretch it barely to back outlet. Treadmill is smooth, incline even tho slight, gets me into burn zone in half the time of no incline. I have a spot for my phone, remote, and water. No motor noise and belt doesn’t get hot like my old one. I’m 5”8 and bar comes right below hip height which is great for me. I’m extremely happy with the purchase for what I paid. ... show more

  • Great Value and Perfect for Small Spaces
Color: 12% Incline with Auto Folding
This UMAY treadmill has been a great buy for the price. It was easy to set up, runs smoothly, and is surprisingly quiet for apartment use. The 3.0 HP motor and incline levels give enough challenge for both walking and light jogging. I also like that it folds up easily and doesn’t take much space. Overall, a solid treadmill with great value—highly recommended for home workouts. ... show more

  • Solid, well built.
Color: 12% Incline with Auto Folding
This is not my first treadmill. The previous one, made by another manufacturer, stopped working after 9 month of use. So, I decided to get this one because it looked heavier, more solid and the specifications are good. Well, I've been using it every day for two weeks now and so far, so good. The machine is really very solid, the motor is powerful enough to handle my 200lbs weight and the controls are very simple. The only problem that I see so far is that the heart rate censor/counter is way off. It's not accurate at all. Well, it's not that big of a deal for me. Based on my experience so far, I'd say this is a good machine. Oh, one more thing. I called their customer support with a question and the service was excellent! ... show more
