I got this for my office, and just in time. Temperature just dropped 30° in our building was still blowing cold air. This little thing runs so efficiently, also heating up my office. It’s very quiet which is a must for me. It's also small and lightweight, so it's easy to move and transport.

I've been using this for about a week now. I cannot speak to their longevity, but I can speak to the intitial quality of their funtionality. At best this could be described as "Ok". It does get the job done, but it's not a smooth ride. Heating and fan are good. It's all the other supportive fuctionalities you'll want to consider about to determine if this specific heater is right for you. Heat and fan- The heater output will heat up your space well. This is about the only part that works quite well, which is the core feature of buying a heater. The fans not loud. It's not quiet either, but it doesn't bother me. And let's face it, this is a pretty cheap heater when compared to other options at the same wattage. Loud beeps - the press of every button will trigger a loud beep that cannot be silenced. This only matters if you want to mess with the heater in one room without waking people up near by. This can clearly be heard through shared walls. Noise during auto temp heat level switching - if you use the auto settings, there is a fairly obvious mechanical *clunk* sound when the heater changes between 1500 watts and 700 watts. This change occurs as you approach about 4 degrees less than the set target temp. You get a similar noise when changing from 700 watts to Off as you hit the target temp. And you get that noise again when the system eventually turns itself back on, as the room temp drops back below the target temp. It's not a *super* loud noise, but if you are a light sleeper like me, this will wake you up in the night. And this sound can happen in quick repetitive bursts if it is riding the target temperature. The heater level will rapidly change from one setting to the next, back and forth, over and over again. This can get real annoying super fast. However, you can skip this issue by not using auto and just leaving it on a specific heater level (700 or 1500 watt). I'm also often wearing headphones, so that drowns out the noise. Inaccurate temp sensor - I have seen this sensor jump from saying 80 one second and 65 the next. Other times, this heater will say the room is 75, but it's actually more like 60. As long as you don't mind manually setting the target temp higher to force it to turn on or set it non-auto heat, this is only a minor annoyance. Overall the thermostat is generally stable and at least *mostly* accurate. It just acts weird sometimes and gets confused a little. Placement limitations - once you read the manual and all the requirements around placements, you realize their are very few places you technically can place it, regardless of size. For example, it needs to be at least 5.8ft off the ground, but also be at least 1ft off the ceiling. That leaves only a little area of height left over to actually install this. Plus there are many additional rules around being like 30 inches away from all power outlets and light switches, further limiting your placement options. Brand legitimacy - I don't think the "brand" for this is a real. I mean the company likely *legally* exists, but in practice it is clearly a company that is either a temporary shell company or a company that does not plan to continue to exist for very long. They've invested no amount of money or time even trying to create the illusion of their company's existance. Don't expect for you to have anyone to ever file a warranty claim to, if you have any issues. For example, this company has no website (at least at the time of writing this). And if you search for them, the only things you will find is this exact same heater being sold elsewhere. I don't think they even sell anything else. The tiny little manual this comes with will give you two QR codes you can scan. One is to file for an extended warranty and the other is for sending suggestions/issues to them. Both will take you two a separate third-party company who produces generic survey templates. They do not actually take you to anything related to this brand's company. Also the manual will give you an email to send messages to for further customer service. However, that email has an generic "@outlook.com" extension. Yeah, EVERYTHING about this company says it is likely super untrustworthy. I did try to send them a question about if I buy multiple units, can their separate remotes accidentally trigger the wrong unit (because it really depends on what technology they used in their remotes), but I never heard back from them. So, you should assume there is no real customer service and the company may not even exist anymore within a year or so. So does the heater heat? Yes, and pretty well. However, everything else is shows signs of a company that cuts every possible corner and is likely some kind of a drop-shipper you should never trust. While I don't know it for a fact, I'm going to venture a guess that this thing will break within a year. If you are looking for a temporary cheap heating solutions, honestly this thing will probably be perfect for you. However, don't expect this thing to be any kind of miracle that is a real long term solution or to have any (well working) bells and whistles.

This arrived right on time. The temperature is dropping.. not quite ready to turn on the whole house. This little heater is perfect for my office. You can sit it on top or near your feet. Lightweight easy to use and can easily be moved from room to room .. highly recommend
