Dude, got this for my mom and had to do a bit of modding (I live in an old wood panel house) check out my fix below.....anyways, this heater heats the loft of a faux chalet PERFECTLY! Barely makes a sound and for the amount of area it covers...a must have for people who are leaning away from baseboards, gas, hvac or you just can't get the the fireplace to start. Works well and the 24hr timer feature is nice . Wifi, has an PhoneApp and can be controlled via Alexa or Google I traced the holes from the mounting template for on a 1/4in board (plywood) and cut the wood in to a square shape with about an inch left of margin area on the outside of the holes from the top and bottom sides and about a half inch on the left and right sides (slightly smaller than the actual leveling template) drilled my pilot holes and used shorter screws than the ones that were included. I centered and leveled the newly formed mounting plaque and used two of the included screws to go in to a single beam! The is a easy fix and puts less holes in the wall. Would really only recommend this method for homes with wood paneling and the studs/beams are too far apart/ close together. ... show more

I've never purchased this companies products before. But I have to say from the packaging to the end of the installation and using this heater, its been a easy and nice experience. Very well packed, no damages or scratches at all. Everything you need for the installation was included plus they were thoughtful and gave you an extra set of hardware just in case ! Their instructions were spot on, easy to understand and very thorough. They included a very easy to use template with a small level which was amazing and made this job a piece of cake. I really appreciated this. Their hardware was not cheap. The screw heads did Not round off and remained intact as I installed them. The drywall anchors did not bend and get messed up as I hammered them into the drywall. The unit is lightweight, which I appreciate and appears to be well made. Installation was a breeze and even if you accidentally bumped it, it will Not fall off the wall. Operation is easy and you have options to control it from your cell phone or the remote they provide. The app is very easy to understand and you have options to oscillate or keep the blades still at certain angles. You can set up the heater to run on your own personal schedules, set the timer to shut off, a energy eco feature and much more. The appearance is sleek and modern and looks professional. I'm using it in my mudroom, as that room gets colder since its attached to the garage. The heater has Not disappointed, it makes the mudroom very comfortable effortlessly. The heater is quiet I dont even notice the sound. I will have no hesitation purchasing other products from this company.. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. ... show more

I live in Alaska and winter is coming. For the last almost 4 years this current administration has increased the cost of EVERYTHING including the propane that fuels my house. I have gone the last few winters not turning on my expensive propane heater but instead relying on small space heaters and my wood stove. I am too old and disabled to haul firewood up these stairs another winter so I bought these. I bought 4 of these. I bought "like new" returns but things like wall brackets were missing and I only got 2 remotes out of the 4. The Amazon Representative made it right to my satisfaction. Each remote works on each heater so that's ok. I have 2 set up now in my livingroom, kitchen, dining room and I love them. I'm warm. I learned to put them on seperate circuts though. It took me a minute or 2 to figure out the settings but I figured it out pretty well. The heater fans can point up, down or move up and down. The heat can be set on a temperature and turn itself on and off until or when the desired temperature is reached. I set the temperature low before I go to bed and depending on the weather, I either turn them off or set them higher during the day. My house is well sealed so it doesn't take long to warm it and hold the heat. It digitally shows the temperature of the room as well as the temperature you set it at. It also has options of how powerful you want the unit to be, H1, H2, H3 but the more powerful, the more electricity it draws and H1 is fine for me. 1 of the heaters had a instruction booklet. Ha. I am so happy with these little heaters. I'm not going to mount them because I'm moving next summer but this is the last winter I am going to haul wood, pay $1500 to have my propane tank filled or just be too cold. The other 2 will go in the guest room and the Master bedroom this winter. I'm so happy with these heaters. ... show more
