This has been an awesome product for me! I rent a small trailer home and do not have central heat and air. I love that I can cut this on on my way home from the app and the house be nice and cozy when I get there. I can also monitor the temp of my home from the app as well so I know of I need to cut it or turn it off. It's very easy to use and install the heater and app and also to pair the two. It usually gets things warm in a timely manner as well. I recommend this to anyone needing some warmth in the colder months!

Great heater and great price . Only issue was after long use it started to glitch and wouldn’t turn on . Contacted seller and agree to replace when the product was shipped back. I needed it for the winter so continued using it that way and still haven’t returned it .

These little wall heaters are fantastic. I was able to hang it myself. They include a level that guides you in making sure your screws are placed correctly. It heats up a small safe like a bedroom pretty quickly and there is no noise while running. Has a remote but also has the ability to control from the unit should you misplace the remote. No smell was noted and once the temperature reaches what you have it set at, it shuts off.

NOPE, Returned. 2nd Update. I'm truly bummed. It was great....for all of three weeks, then the problems started. Wonky temp readings despite having calibrated and factory reset. Display stopped responding to dimmed room, despite having double checked the settings. Fan and heat continue to blow hot air and not turn off, despite having reached temp on Eco mode. Like set to 60 and room temp is reading 70 and still on blowing warm. All kinds of problems. Returning despite initially liking it. Just another hunk o junk that doesn't last. Bummer. OLD REVIEW: Set it up in the office, connected to Wi-Fi and downloaded the app easily. Nice interface and updated the unit right away via wifi, which tells me they are continuously maintaining and debugging any software issues (much like a cell phone). I can set up a schedule to warm the office before I even go in on a weekly basis. The app also has an off option, so if I leave the house or go on vacay and forget, I can turn the unit off from wherever I am via the app without worrying. It's an awesome safety feature well worth the extra money for this unit. I went ahead and connected it to my Amazon Alexa speakers and now I can turn everything on and off via voice control. No problems there either, very responsive. You can see based on the photo that it brought the room temp up to within a degree of it's programmed settings, and I had the thermometer set high on a bookshelf away from the unit to test it. It's also next to a colder window and still no issues with preset temp. Office is roughly 15x15. Another thing I love that others haven't mentioned is that the LED display AUTOMATICALLY turns off when it senses the room is dark. Hallelujah! You can also turn off the beeping noise the unit makes when pressing buttons. It's also whisper quiet. There are some small clicking noises when the heat shuts off, but barely noticeable. When the room hits the preset temp, the unit will only draw 900 watts of power to maintain the temperature setting, so it's saving on electricity as well (in Eco mode). I REALLY hope this heater holds up because initially I'm SUPER impressed. Dreo offers an extended warranty if you register your product, so I'll be doing that. Literally just bought another one for the master and guest bedroom to help stave off the Colorado cold. We use a woodstove to heat the center of the household, so the rooms tend to be slightly cooler. This has allowed us to be significantly more comfortable. Five stars! Will update, no plug issues so far or smells of any kind. *** 1st UPDATE*** It was cold last night, 2 degrees when I woke up which is pretty chilly for our area. I shut the door off from the main house and tried to let this thing do all the work for the night for the master bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, it struggled a little. To be fair it is a much larger room than the office and guest room. I set it at 70 and it pretty much ran all night and couldn't get above 68. I'm giving it some grace though since I expected it to act as the main source of heating and it is literally listed by the manufacturer to be used only as a secondary heating source. I also had the humidifier going on high so I was asking a lot. Still happy with purchase and keeping though I'm now aware of it's limitations.

I have recently purchased a 2nd Dreo Smart heater, and I wanted too give a quick review on them. The 1st was purchased earley fall of 2024 for the specific use of Heating and Alternate sleeping room as I work shift work. This Heaters options for controls, and programming a schedule for it too follow are EXCELLENT!! It maintains the set Temp very well and runs pretty quiet will doing so. It has consistently maintained a 70° setpoint this entire past Midwest Winter in an unattached Insulated 10x10 room and we have had some pretty COLD spells too say the least this past Winter. No issues when it's been single digits and below with 8+ inches of snow on. It's worked so well that I have purchased another for a small office we have on the property as well and I'm certain it will be more than up too the task! I've also purchased a 12k btu stand alone portable A/C from Dreo as well for the same Office. I really do like the Brands style and compatibility with Heaters, A/C's fans and lights all controlled via the same app. Obviously I have nothing but good too say, installation has been fast simple and well layed out in the instructions. I'll be purchasing more from dreo I'm sure and suggest if you need anything that they Produce don't hesitate it has all been excellent Products thus far.
