I use this heater in a 12"x16" room in my basement that was converted into a bar. The size is perfect, and it is very quiet. I did have to put a small piece of foam rubber between the back of the heater and the wall due to vibration but that was a simple fix. Mounting it was easy and I was able to do it all by myself in about 10 minutes. It comes with some hardware but I used concrete anchors since I mounted it to a brick wall. I love that it is Bluetooth so I can check the temperature while I'm at work and start the heater from my phone so the bar is warm when I get home. This is my second winter using this heater and I highly recommend it.

I love this unit. Super easy to install and works great. I have an area that is about 250 sq ft. Of is the only heat source. It maintains a comfortable temp if the outside temp is above 30 F. I plan to buy another one for the other end of the room for cold nights. The ECO mode works great. Programming temps for day vs night was simple but i had a problem with it turning off between cycles. I reached out to Customer Support and they explained i needed a five minute buffer between cycles. No problem now. Great Customer Service.

Great heater, with some really nice features. It does a pretty decent job in larger rooms, better than your average space heater. It really shines in smaller rooms. The app is what makes it really stand out and is the shining star. I especially appreciate that I can control the heater remotely. Great for turning it on as you’re driving home from work so you can walk into a warm room when you get home. The only gripe I have is the 6’ power cord is a bit too short and really limits positioning. That said it may be a safety feature, but if it had a 9-12’ cord I’d give this thing 6 out of 5 stars. If you have outlets in the right places you won’t be disappointed with this heater. It’s much better than any space heater I’ve used including the pricey fancy ones that easily go for double the price.

We have been using this for a few months now. My toddlers room is anywhere from 10-20 degrees colder than the rest of our house because her room is above our garage. I had a lot of hesitation putting any kind of supplemental heater in her room. This gives me so much peace of mind that she is safe and warm in our below freezing temps in PA. It was easy to install, and the app makes it so convenient to use. I am able to control it even when I am away from home. I love that its mounted where she cant reach it. On the lowest setting it quickly heats her room. You can also use the app to schedule times. I like to turn it off in the middle of the night and have it set to turn back on in the early mornings so her room wont get too hot. I couldn't recommend this more for people looking for a similar solution!

Very impressed with this little heater. We had priced out having electric and gas heat added to our partially finished basement. All estimates were around eight to thirteen thousand dollars which was more than I wanted to spend. We got this and it is astonishing how easy it was to install and how well and quickly it heats the space. The features are just what we needed. I've only had it for a short while so I can't comment on longevity but it seems to be high quality. We now how a warm game room and saved thousands of dollars. One of the plumbers who gave an estimate for a gas system just came to do another job and couldn't believe the heat output from this small, quiet heater. His exact words were, "Who needs a plumber when you can get this?"

2 stars for Shipping speed, Connectivity and Installation,fit, power, safety, and functionality. After unpacking it sounded like something was loose inside the machine and upon investigation discovered that it was a round piece of what looks like a small ball of melted plastic.... it cannot come out without taking apart.. which im not doing. First night it seemed to run well and operate very neatly. Next morning tho, it began making a clicking noise when it came on and click and reset before it could make a full rotation. So I have had to set it to where the lid is fixed in one position as to not drive us insane. I bought this because I thought its quality would be better than those listed 20 to 30 dollars cheaper... but I think I would have received no worse if I did. Voltage and size is no different than those offered at a better price with the same wattage. Wifi and app usage is fine but not helpful if the Heather doesnt work properly. When the lights are off it goes into night mode. Which is nice but the aggravating clicking it began making made the quiet option ineffective. I will not buy another Dreo or anything this quickly and improperly serviced and tested before packaging and I do not reccomend this one. Better luck getting the cheaper ones. UPDATE: I received communication regarding a refund for my inconvenience. I accepted and was surprised in a good way at first. A few communications regarding how i was to receive my refund. They can apparently only issue a refund via Amazon Gift Code Redemption...ok.. I accepted. 4 days later, no reply, and no refund of any kind. My review stays true.
