This has been an awesome product for me! I rent a small trailer home and do not have central heat and air. I love that I can cut this on on my way home from the app and the house be nice and cozy when I get there. I can also monitor the temp of my home from the app as well so I know of I need to cut it or turn it off. It's very easy to use and install the heater and app and also to pair the two. It usually gets things warm in a timely manner as well. I recommend this to anyone needing some warmth in the colder months!

I've never purchased this companies products before. But I have to say from the packaging to the end of the installation and using this heater, its been a easy and nice experience. Very well packed, no damages or scratches at all. Everything you need for the installation was included plus they were thoughtful and gave you an extra set of hardware just in case ! Their instructions were spot on, easy to understand and very thorough. They included a very easy to use template with a small level which was amazing and made this job a piece of cake. I really appreciated this. Their hardware was not cheap. The screw heads did Not round off and remained intact as I installed them. The drywall anchors did not bend and get messed up as I hammered them into the drywall. The unit is lightweight, which I appreciate and appears to be well made. Installation was a breeze and even if you accidentally bumped it, it will Not fall off the wall. Operation is easy and you have options to control it from your cell phone or the remote they provide. The app is very easy to understand and you have options to oscillate or keep the blades still at certain angles. You can set up the heater to run on your own personal schedules, set the timer to shut off, a energy eco feature and much more. The appearance is sleek and modern and looks professional. I'm using it in my mudroom, as that room gets colder since its attached to the garage. The heater has Not disappointed, it makes the mudroom very comfortable effortlessly. The heater is quiet I dont even notice the sound. I will have no hesitation purchasing other products from this company.. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Bought this a few months ago and was giving it plenty of time before I wrote a review. I love this heater. I live in a garage like mini home and the size is perfect for my area. Very easy to mount on my wall. Took maybe 15 mins total to get it all set up. There’s also a fan setting that I’ve used a lot now that we’ve hit the hotter months. It puts out a good bit of air as well. Both cool and heat settings are pretty quiet. There’s no smell when you turn it on like a lot of fan heaters have. The app is honestly one of my favorite parts too. You can set an automatic timer on it or on the actual heater. I have mine set to turn off at 7am every morning and now I don’t even think about it. It puts out a really good amount of heat. We only have one little oil heater going at the same time. Usually, without this new heater, we’d have about 3 different heater going, but we didn’t need that this time. It made a big difference this winter and I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this wall mounted heater because my small master bath gets freezing in the winter. I was particularly interested in the schedule feature so the heater could warm the bathroom before we use it in the morning without having to leave it on all the time. The unit looks nice and is well packaged. I was impressed by the manual/install manual and app. Sometimes Chinese made electric devices like this one have lots of English language mistakes which makes it obvious not a lot of time was spent on the product. This heater is an exception. It also includes a wall mount template with a bubble level.. I used the bubble level and somehow still managed to mount the unit slightly titled. Oh well. Ignore the level and use your own. Although I hate installing yet another app, the Dreo app seems to be well thought out and easy to use. I mainly use the heater via the schedule feature set to Eco mode with a set temp of 72. It seems to heat the bathroom nicely though the floor and walls are still cold. Given enough heating time, the room heat would probably even out. My only complaint is the scheduler sometimes doesn't work. I will find the unit on or off when it shouldn't be. Makes me think I'm going crazy. I'll check the app and everything is set right. But for the most part, the heater works as expected.
