  • Great quality
Easy and safe to use Puts out plenty of heat

  • Really puts out Heat
Really like this Heater for our open front porch. It doesn't use up can of propane as quickly as our Previous type of heater. It has a very sensitive safety switch, can't hardly move it at all without it shutting off. Only wish it had a back on it to enclose the tank, but not a big deal.

  • After we fixed the wiring, it works great
It gets chilly in October, I use this on my back deck, it’s screened in but not closed in. When we got it, we could not make the ignition stay on, so my husband checked the wiring and the safety wire behind the protective metal was never attached. Once he attached and tightened up the wiring, it worked perfectly. I’ve used it a couple of times, usually above 45 degrees out. ... show more

  • Good Space Heater
Love this heater. Puts out good heat and portable. The only problem is the tray that holds the propane tank is pretty flimsy so take care when moving it. Otherwise a pretty good heater at reasonable price. I recommend it.

  • Pilot light won’t stay lit
As soon as you take your thumb off the pilot button the pilot light goes out. I worked on this heater for two days. Never could get it to work. Piece of crap. At least Amazon was nice and gave me a refund. Heaters junk.

  • A decent portable propane space heater, updated, all is working well
Almost daily usage has produced no negative issues, I remain very happy with this little unit as a household heating supplement. The inadequate packaging allowed my heater to take some damage on the way in, nothng major, but some deformation to the base , which I straightened, and a dent along the top side edge, with some deformation at the bottom of the panel as the force of the blow was transmitted downward. As it was received for evaluation, gratis, I'lll not be fussing, but had it been a purchase, I would have returned it as damaged. It is a cutie and makes you feel warmer just looking at it"s cheerful red cabinet. Made to carry the tank in it's chassis, rolls about on 5 casters. I would prefer the cabinet and chassis be made of thicker steel or somehow reinforced. I find it nostalgic as it reminds me of the old Kerosun kerosine heaters I used to use winters ago when I could not afford the cost of natural gas from PGE. This unit has no certifications, UL, TUV or otherwise. Propane can be dangerous like all fuels, and in so many parts of the word they treat it no more carefully than hot water. That said, when operating, even on high, there is no heat transferred into the rear of the cabinet, the shield in that cavity, which serves, if anything to protect the back of the burners from the propane tank, does not even get warm. The gas valve, piping and connections all seem on par for that type device, myself having had a Mr. Heater, and a Cozy world as comparative products After setting the heater up and test running it outdoors, I was satisfied with it's integrity and brought it indoors. The mornings have gotten chil and densely overcastl here in the SF Bay Area, with no sun until about 11am, so my little house is very chilly. The heater removed that chill in short order using the low setting, with air circulation being provided by 3 cieling fans drawing from the floor. My house is 730 sq. ft. and the heater is acting on about 3/5 of that. At this performance on low, and the manufacturers run time quotation, I think this will be a good heater to serve as one element of home heating this winter especially with inflation and high energy prices. A good idea if using propane heaters, or wood stoves is to have a properly installed gas leak alarm and carbon monoxide alarm in place, especially if your home is very airtight. I think used responsibly, this is a good heater to keep things warm inside. ... show more

  • Heats very well! Easy to assemble!
I love this heater! We have a screened porch and this heater is perfect for sitting in front of during cold days. Not only does it heat well but it looks good. Electric heaters were not an option for us. So happy we found this product. Would recommend to anyone.

  • Portable propane heater
I love the portability of this heater. I use it to heat my tent in Montana during the fall/early winter season. I added a fan to the top to help distribute the heat that rises. I have recommended this stove to others I know.
