It has one negative it's almost 100 lbs, so lifting it up and into the trunk of a car is very difficult. Other than that. It was easy to set up and change. It was relatively easy to drive and the adjustable speed makes it very easy to control, especially in the beginning. I HIGHLY recommend this electric wheelchair for people who live in a apartment complex that is wheelchair accessible and they are using it for running around the neighborhood. If you need to take it with you when you go out, I recommend you get a wrack for the back of your car. I sincerely hope that you enjoy your electric wheelchair. For me the weight is an issue. I don't live in a wheelchair friendly environment.

Bought this for my husband who became disabled in 2023. We have been using a manual wheelchair requiring me to push him around. This wheel chair has given my husband back some independence when we go to places where we need to walk distances. He zips and zooms. I love that it folds up nice for placing in the car. It is a bit heavier than the manual but it’s worth it to see him smile a little more. The video shows him using it, note the noise is because he tested with plastic still on the wheels (fresh out of the box)

With It's small size and ease of maneuverbility, it makes it easy to get around the house. It's foldable and was super easy to get it into the car. The only thing that I didn't like was the joystick controller, it can be pretty sensitive to certain inputs. Other than that, I will highly recommend this product to anyone whose looking for a quality electric wheelchair

The wheelchair arrived 3 days before Amazon' s` estimated delivery date, thanks to excellent customer service by the seller. It is amazingly easy to assemble ... took less than 15 minutes. I ordered the cobalt blue color, which really stands out. The large rear wheels give the chair more traction and make it more sturdy. The motor is powerful and the joystick and controls are ergonomically designed and easy to operate. It has no trouble rolling over a lawn, a driveway, a ramp or a shag carpet. There are many motorized chairs that are more expensive and have elevated features, but this is an excellent choice for an everyday, practical, and powerful tool for a person who has challenges walking.

Brake failed a falling apart. Footrest need to be replaced with high price. The chair is not aligned well and not stable flipped several time. Battery charger fail to charge withe getting new power cord.

It is UNSAFE for some elderly people. The product is described as easy to operate but does not include the fact that it is not totally safe. I purchased this item for my mother but when I got it I realized that it is not as safe as it is described. I consider myself to be a good driver, but this chair is not as easy to maneuver as I thought, the least for my mother. She could've seriously gotten hurt badly had she tried to operate it. This company's return policy states that we the customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the item is defective, or arrived broken. .
