I only gave this grill three stars for the "tool" they provided to twist the nuts on the bolts was difficult if not impossible to use. Secondly the paper instructions were not easy to follow. I ended up watching a youtube video - where I noticed the assembler was in fact using a ratchet. Cooking with this grill is VERY good, and clean up is much easier than a normal charcoal grill. Value for the money I cannot say yet, for I have only had this grill a month now. However, it has produced extremely well cooked steaks and hamburgers so far! The media could not be loaded. Arrived in good condition. Easily assembled, might need extra tools to tighten nuts all the way. Nut size is 1/4-20. 7/16 wrench socket works perfectly for tightening. Coding on lid does get small scratches over time from the lid holder, but great overall quality for the price. Does not come with charcoal baskets. Overall 5 out of 5. ... show more

    • Poor Quality Control on Blue Powder Coating

I'm giving this 4 stars ONLY because I know that this is a very quality BBQ and I'll enjoy using it for many years. **HOWEVER, on one side, nearly 20% of the grills powder coating is TERRIBLE. In this area, they gave it a very light spray and appears mottled gray with a faint covering of the beautiful Ocean Blue. Shame... This is the Master-Touch, not the cheaper Original. VERY Poor Quality Control. Also, the legs are quite a pain to install. I recommend using dish soap so they'll slide in easier. AND, be sure you get the legs in the right order, turned in the right direction for the wheels. Once you put the wheel nuts on, you can't remove the nuts without breaking. (Fortunately they provided a spare wheel nut.) I'm keeping this since tomorrow is Independence Day and we're having a gathering, but I SHOULD be returning it. To disassemble, rebox and ship isn't worth the hassle. ... show more

Have had Webers before. Went to other brands and ultimately came back to Weber. Had an issue with missing parts. Called Weber and they were on it in a flash. Got me the parts in a day, no charge. Awesome customer service. The only negative is the grill that has the removable center pc. makes the grilling surface uneven and a little troublesome. ... show more
