I reformatted, searched for solutions online, blamed by cloud storage provider... and now realize that I should never have tried to save money buying this "renewed" drive. Bought this to store videos. I began transferring videos onto the drive and it would disconnect and be unrecognized by the computer. I have three other 5TB drives and they all worked well. This is the only one that would stop working and disconnect. Returned as unuseable.

Came in the correct box, with the wrong drive, that was not wiped, so I doubt they actual check it. Probably just stuck it in a box to sell to someone else. It had over 500gb of stuff on there, and didn't even come with the cable to connect to the computer.
