Can say it is the Apple of water filters - well designed. The instructions were clear crisp and to the point. I was waiting for handyman to fix it but tired of waiting and having to deal with the strong water smell took the task in my hand and was able to fix it in one day with little accidents as I am not used to such installation. I was concerned about getting into this big ticket purchase, but am satisfied with it. Recommend. System is great, does what I needs to do. Install was pretty easy if you have all the right tools, but after three months my system stopped working. No blue ring only meant my power supply stopped working and I need to replace it. Kinda a bummer only being three months and it already went out. Tried to find a replacement but looks like I have to go directly to waterdrop. Still waiting for answer back....

Easy to install. Filters are simple to install, replace and reasonably priced. It is quiet and produces a decent flow that doesn't need a storage tank. It reduced my water hardness from 145 ppm to 2 ppm, according to both the internal TDS meter and a separate external meter. I have no complaints at this point.

I have been using mine for a few months now, here is my take. Overview: The G3 400 Tankless RO system looks to be well made and sturdy. Everything is well labeled, including the parts. They include everything you need with exception (keep reading) Install: Installation guide is well written with pictures. So it is pretty easy to follow along. Note that the system is tall, so measure the cabinet height under your sink to make sure it will fit. The only thing is that the included angle stop adapter valve is subpar. When connected, the water sprayed out. Not from the connection to the pipes nor tubes, but from the joints of the valve. So I had to go buy a quality valve in its place: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003YKF2JM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I used this brand of valve in my prior water filtration system for over 10 years without a single leak. So it is proven. I highly recommend you to use this critical part in your install. Oh, and use those silicon plumber's tape on metal to metal connections. Other than this snafu, everything worked as they should. In my case, Instead of the included water faucet, I connect that outlet straight to my frig water line. It worked well. There is plenty of pressure for water to come out of the frig without the need of optional water tank. After all, we want tankless, right? Use: It was a pain in the buttocks to rinse the system clean, since mine is only connected to the frig water. So it took me over 45 mins to let the water flush the system and filter so that the purity level can be reached. And yes, I tested the water purity level periodically and compared it with a bottled water. It went from xxx to xx gradually. And it has been working fine for the past few months without issue. I found out that just like the tanked RO systems, this tankless system will periodically flush its system even when not in use. Weird. Final thought: Overall, I am happy with this system. After testing, the water purity do reach a level in which I am happy with. And it does take up much less space as compared to Tanked system. I only wish it would include a quality angle stop valve adapter like the one I listed. Such a vital part should not be overlooked.

After a year, water is toxic. I got sick from drinking it. I changed filters many times and I still got sick. I was hopeful but it failed. Don’t buy!

I ordered chrome and the spout is of brush nickel. They simply said sorry but this what we have. There are lot of other reviews that said that TDS noted on machine is much lower than TDS measured after dispensing some water. Machine showed 58 always and actual water varied between 200 and 140. I wish I had not purchased it based on others reviews

Even though the pictures show chrome on both the base and the spout, the chrome is ONLY ON THE BASE. I called them and they said too bad so sad. A shame we live in a world where companies can get away with false advertisement like this.
