I bought this Water Timer to prepare for a long week vacation. However, after using this timer for a test run and seeing how efficient and easy it was to install and use I basically had it running the whole entire time before I even went to my long week vacation. Literally I was able to be at work and just tap a single button or set a timer to start the watering process of my garden. It was so convenient. I wish I had this Wireless Water Timer sooner. I love the idea of this but it just isn’t as convenient as it seems like it would be. It works. I scheduled one zone to turn on at the same time every day and it does. I like that it has two zones and that it has a manual button and different ways to connect to it (an adapter for computer connection or Bluetooth for phone). I also like that it uses an app I already have on my phone for other devices - that’s super nice. But, I use the manual button more than the app because it won’t connect unless I’m standing right next to the device. That’s really annoying. I thought that if I’m sitting on my couch and realize that I should turn it on for a bit then I could do it from my app. But it doesn’t work. I will take a screen shot of the error message it gives. Instead, I have so stand next to it with the app to turn it on manually or I have to hit the button on the front. If I’m going to go stand by it to turn it on manually I might as well just get a mechanical timer. To schedule it I have to stand next to it too. So…I like the idea of having Bluetooth but the reality of it is less special than it seems.

Meets expectations and reviews. So simple to setup. The app is very responsive and easy to use. I love it I think I will get more. No more timers that didnt turn off or never turned on, leaving water running because I got side tracked, etc etc. This product has made my life just easier.

This watering timer offers convenience with its smart features, but falls short in several areas. First is the leakage issues. Even thought we managed to have it fixed through re-install, the whole process was notably cumbersome, making setup frustrating. Connecting to Google Assistant poses challenges, complicating smart home integration. The third and the most critical issue is the installation manual which is unclear and unprofessional done. All these flaws hinder its overall usability and reliability. I will not recommend this product due to these drawbacks.

After used for a few days, I think the timer is doing a good job and doing what it should do. It is easy to set up and connect to wifi. Also it is very easy to program it. I am happy with this unit and thinking to buy second one for my front yard.
