This dispenser does exactly what it is suppose to do but it is loud. Fortunately, we have it in the garage so we don't hear the loud pump when it is filling water into the tank or the refrigerator compressor running. So far...looks great even though it's all plastic. Still have a water fountain taste after 2 weeks. Have to figure out how to get rid of that taste. The cold button is not that much colder than room temp button. Still need to try the hot.
