This machine works very well. I was very happy with the quality of the machine. I like that it does hot cold and room temperature water and comes with the option to use a 3 gallon or 5 gallon bottle. The trace snaps out for easy cleaning and it also tells you when the bottle is out of water. It’s very quiet when cooling off the water reservoir and hot water is a good temperature for tea.     • Very prone to water pump malfunction!!!

I bought this in July 2024. It looked and worked great for the first two months. Then the water pump broke. I contacted Igloo warranty, and they sent me a replacement in about a week. Then the water pump broke AGAIN about a month later. The warranty technician stated that this was a very common issue. I ended up buying an equivalent Brio instead (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T6C64BX?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1), which has been working for 1 year and 3 months and counting. I don't think it was new when I got it since one of legs is messed. It can be extra noisy when cooling the water. If it weren't for these two issues, I'd give it 5 stars. I like small and simplistic design. It looks good, doesn't take up a lot of space, and it does a good job.

The water flow is nice and it's easy to use, however, for the money I spent on this, it's not worth it. The middle button for the room temperature water doesn't even work. I paid all this money for a water cooler option to not work? The quality could be better and the weight of it is super heavy for a smaller woman like myself.
