The lid wouldn't seal so I had water dripping from it. Pressure never rose. Going to try it again and if it doesn't work will be returned

    • Gasket held up for only a couple of uses before it began to leak.

I thought I'd LOVE this after the first few uses. So easy, stainless as not to melt into my glass cooktop...not too heavy. Then the gasket began leaking in several places where lid meets pot no matter how low i set the heat to maintain adequate pressure. SO DISAPPOINTED!

This scanner is the right size and n easy to use. However, the instructions lack a little bit of finesse. If I hadn't had previous pressure canner experience it may have been difficult for me to follow. Otherwise it worked great!
