This is a nice unit if you use (instapot) cooking directions It is not a high psi pressure cooker only 11.6 psi. It is good for everyday cooking and looks nice. The instructions provide little help. Having owned several pressure cookers over the years this is not a pressure caner as advertised. The unit only reaches 80kpa (11.6 psi). A true pressure caner will reach 15 psi or (103 kpa). Yes you can can in this item but, very few thing can at 11 psi. 15 psi pressure is what is needed to really can meats & what you grow in your garden. I am very pleased with the overall design of the cooker. Having the extra handle on the opposite side made carrying easier and also when it came time to clean. One minor feature is that the gauge snapps onto the spout and is secure enough to store the pot and gauge together. In the past none of the pressure cookers I have used had this feature and I have misplaced the gauge more than once. I really like that it made of stainless steel instead of aluminum, it is actually pretty enough to store on my open shelving. The only downside is that you have to assemble one of the handles to the pan before using and it was a little bit frustrating, totally worth it though, this was a good choice. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this pressure cooker because I liked it when I saw but when I received it, it was damaged. Waiting for Amazon driver to pick up it. It was bigger, a lot of space for big family to cook fast and delicious food with it, but I don't know they bring me damage or it damaged during transportation, even boxes were good outside not damaged, this make me confused. ... show more
