At first I was told not to use the rubber ring and it didn't make the whistle on the weight and I had to redo my jars when I put the rubber ring back in there and then the cooker works just fine and the weight on the top starts to do in the dance, and it just turned and turned and run this whistle and I was so happy to see that they move oh my goodness, what a great product.
