I am in my 60’s, have had 3 knee surgeries and a full knee replacement about 1 year ago, and have needed exercises to help regain mobility and strength in my knee due to tissue scarring caused by surgery over the years. I also have painful fibromyalgia, and I have been looking for inexpensive equipment that can be easily stored away when not in use, is low impact, but gives me the exercise I need. I read the reviews for this treadmill pad and decided to give it a try. Setup was easy, all that I needed to do was screw in the foot pads and plug in the power cord. I connected the power cord to an extension cord since it did not reach the electric outlet and turned the power on. When I turned my TV on, I saw a message displayed asking if I would like to connect to the treadmill. I did select Connect and a display of the LED readout was on my TV screen. There is an option to view workout videos which directed me to another screen. From there I signed into my Google account which displayed various workout videos which I believe may be posted on YouTube. In my opinion, I enjoy walking to one of these videos much more than watching a movie or television program. If I need to pause the workout, I quickly press Pause on the walking pad remote twice, and it slowly stops. When I am ready to resume, I press Start and it begins again. When I need to pause or stop the workout videos, I use the TV remote. The speed settings are 1-4 mph, I started out on a slow setting of 1, and gradually have increased the speed to where I can handle it. I have used it for only a few days, but already feel better and my energy level has increased. While using the treadmill pad, I wear a knee compression sleeve and I have not experienced any pain in my knees. I still have a mobility walker that I used after my knee surgery, which fits over the treadmill pad. I hold onto it for stability so I don’t worry about sliding off. The treadmill pad slides right underneath my bed when not in use. Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have the space for a large treadmill but wants indoor walking exercise.

Absolutely love this treadmill! Easy setup, convenient size, and great for a quick workout. I needed a convenient way to incorporate exercise into my daily routine and this treadmill was definitely the answer. The quality is great and it provides a smooth transition between start/stop and speed options. The remote worked perfectly and it came with risers allowing for various elevation options.

This is a perfect beginner pad. I bought it to keep active when the weather is cold or wet. I use it during meetings and calls. I can't type and walk at the same time, so I don't keep it under my desk. The pad is very narrow and the length is short. I'm not tall and it works well for my stride. It's lightweight but a bit awkward to move from room to room. The cord is very short, plan to be near an outlet.

Not a bad treadmill for the price. My only complaint is that the treadmill itself is very short, and that is coming from an already short person. I feel like I can’t take normal strides/steps or else my feet kind of get sucked into the rolling pin (?) at the edge.

The media could not be loaded. I grabbed the XVCAS Walking Pad Treadmill a few weeks ago (based on the Amazon link you shared) and I’m genuinely impressed — it has completely changed how I stay active while working at home. What I love: • It’s so compact and sleek. I worried a bulky treadmill would dominate my home office, but this one easily slides under my desk when I’m done, so it doesn’t take over the room. • It’s remarkably quiet. I’ve walked on it during Zoom calls and no one in the meeting noticed the machine running in the background. • Setup was straightforward. Out of the box, I had it plugged in and walking within about 15 minutes. No major hiccups. • It offers enough range to make a real difference. I’m averaging more steps and burning extra calories just by swapping out hours of sitting for walking. • The build feels solid. The belt is smooth, the frame feels sturdy, and I don’t get that wobble you sometimes get with cheap walking pads. Tips for best use: • Make sure you measure the space under/around your desk ahead of time so the treadmill fits comfortably (belt length + clearance). • Use a dedicated floor mat or protective barrier if you have hardwood or laminate floors — helps with stability and reduces vibration. • Start your first few sessions at a lower speed to get used to walking while working; once you’re comfortable you’ll naturally push it further. • Keep it plugged in and ready: the easier it is to hop on, the more you’ll do it. This is great compact walking treadmill, doesn’t take up much room. The length is a little short so you must make sure you do not walk off the back of it. I walk for 30 minutes with a weighted vest and it does the job for a brisk indoor walk when it is too cold to go outside. It’s not too noisy and the actual treadmill is built well. Comfort level is also good with a good pair of sneakers as well..

Very bad product. The walking mat was always out of alignment and constantly moving to the left, in spite of me and my lady friend doing all the proper and instructed steps to correct this. Everything we were instructed to do to fix the alignment of the mat didn't work, and after 2 weeks, one morning the mat just completely malfunctioned. On this occasion, the mat actually moved to the right and so severely that it just flat-out stopped moving altogether. At this point the treadmill was broken and we had no interest in trying to fix it, or get it fixed. Do NOT buy this treadmill!!
