This product is very quiet and works very well on any types of flooring that you have in your house. It is not too big so you can use it in your room and with very strong support for plus size people. This product was worth the money and has good stability for my weight.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this product now for 10 days, I have not been able to use this product now for five of those 10 days. The remote was having connection issues with the increased speed at first then it just stopped working completely. I reached out to the warranty and requested a new remote I am now going back-and-forth with customer support. Clarifying the issue following instructions even having to send a video of me following the directions of pairing the remote that is not working if I was able to give it less than one star I would for the customer service I have received extremely unsatisfied. ... show more

I've had this for a little over a month. It's been fantastic. No issues whatsoever and it's been a game changer for getting my steps in daily without having to go out and brave this winter weather. And it's quiet enough that I can watch TV, be on work calls etc without crazy noise

    • Belt came Wonky
Came already set up and it's easy to use. Mine just came with a big dent on the bottom and when I was walking the belt constantly got off center. I don't know if maybe it was the way I was walking or if maybe I am too heavy for the machine (which I doubt) but it was more hassle than it was worth.
