I wanted a compact walking pad and this is perfect. I’m 5’10” and the width and length are perfect for me. First time plugging it into a GFI it tripped it. Weird. I changed outlets and it works on a surge protector because IMO the cord is way too short. It’s a standard cord you’ll recognize it when you see it. It’s not quiet. How could it be? It’s not loud either, but just makes the sound I would expect. A pad moving over something. Sort of a woosh woosh woosh noise as it rotates along. Doesn’t bother me. It has wheels to move it around which I wasn’t expecting. Nice feature which makes moving it around easy. Lastly it came packaged REALLY well. The Chinese are learning. Maybe the days of beat up half opened boxes are behind us? Let us hope. Oh! Comes with a remote already paired. Directions say something about pairing it, but I didn’t have to do that. A bottle of lubricate for the pad and it comes lubed and ready to roll. Let’s see how long it last! ... show more

The first one I got worked great, it was quiet and did as intended. About a month after purchase it just stopped. No idea what happened but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one. The new one was a slightly different model and I was a bit unsure but they offered me an extended warranty in case if I needed to make another return. So far I haven't needed it and it's been a few months now. It's not ultra quiet, but it doesn't disturb the rest of the house and that's what matters most to me. The instructions are easy to follow and a kit of silicone lubricant and T shapwd hex wrench is included. I would have given this four stars but their customer service is excellent so I'm giving it five stars. ... show more

I have about 10 hrs or so on it so far in the first week, and no complaints about the basic mechanics. Pros: * Very solid build. * Smooth motion. Walking on it feels like a much higher quality treadmill than what I would expect for the price range. Cons: * Noise isn't problematic, but does get noticeable as you step the speed up a little. Teams / phone / etc. seem to filter it just fine though, so if you're using it at work, folks on the other end of a call aren't going to hear it. * Display and stats are frustratingly simplistic. They work, but there's no 'pause', for example. If you stop the belt, the distance / time / etc. reset. It shows calories, but since you can't set the weight it's a bit of a wild guess. Basically, if you're trying to track goals or care about metrics, bring your own pedometer. * The width of the belt is as advertised, but with my big ol' size 11 feet, I sometimes end up brushing the edges. It's just wide enough to walk comfortably but doesn't afford much wiggle room if you start to drift a little to one side or the other. Overall, I'd recommend it, and I'm very happy with the value, but just a few tweaks to the electronics would go a long way in making it that much better. ... show more

I bought this because with 2 kids and no sitter I’m not always able to go to the gym or get active and this is perfect to help me get moving without having to leave home. It perfectly slides right under my sofa. It’s easy to maneuver around and it’s not as heavy as I thought it would be. I love the function on the remote that allows me to silence the heaping sound that it makes when in use. It’s great if you are a slow walker, average speed walker or even a fast walker. I even find that even thought the speed only goes to 4mph max that’s a good pace to start a slow jog especially if you’re not super active and wanna get you’re heart rate going. I’m really enjoying having this walking pad it’s worth the investment ... show more

I love this product – and I didn’t expect it. I mean, how can you make something this inexpensive and this effective. But this is amazing! Convenient easy to store, easy to use… I weigh about 135 pounds and I have had no issues with any noise or malfunction

This is a very easy to use walking pad. I like how slim it is, as I store it underneath my sofa. It's a sturdy item, so taking it out does require you to use good back/leg posture, but I wouldn't say that it's too heavy or anything. I like that it's not too loud, since I walk while watching a half hour of Netflix. My recommendation is to wear pants/shorts with a pocket, because you have to hold onto the remote to control the walking pad. Overall, I recommend this. ... show more
