The walking pad came securely wrapped and package well. I had an issue with the remote. I contacted support and they replied in about two hours. I did some trouble shooting and it worked like a charm. The representative was very helpful and I really appreciate the customer service. I am just starting to run again so I was able to get a nice little jog in and work up quite a sweat. I will update after some time. But so far it’s working great. I’m 5’2 and it’s perfect for me to get a run on it you are taller you may not be as comfortable. Go ahead and buy it! P.S. for the remote the troubleshooting steps were 1: turn off that machine and unplug 2: plug in and begin to repeatedly press the start button then hold Turn on the power button while still holding the start button. I got this treadmill for everyday use at home and it serves the purpose. The customer service is also top notch with same day response from manufacturer. I had a sound coming from the treadmill but when I reached out to manufacturer, clear instruction was sent, same day, on how to fix it.
