Easy to set up and use. It has a little noise to it which scares my cats, but when it’s off they will lay on it lol. It is compact compared to most treadmills and not too heavy. Since it is smaller your walking space is shorter but it works for small spaces. I wfh in an apt so having compact workout equipment is essential for me. It is a little too loud to use while working and being on calls though, but works great for a quick walk on my breaks. It’s nice to put on a movie, podcast, audiobook, etc. and walk awhile.
