Oh, how I have missed my full-sized treadmill. And did the pounds go on when that motor finally went years ago. I only recently learned about this item from a co-worker. Don't judge me! Let me tell you, I was skeptical about the speed. It says 4 mph and I wasn't sure if that would do it for me. But I took a chance. For $82 bucks (after using my points), what's the worse outcome? As soon as it arrived, I put it work and, woo hoo! I'm doing 2.6 mph and that's a comfortable stride that's faster than I would push myself on a walk around the track. At 4 mph, I'd be jogging, so, yeah, what was I thinking? Duh. It's really sturdy and comes with a second set of legs that allow for a slight incline if you want. It's very basic, turn it on, hit the remote to increase/decrease speed and go. It shows speed, distance, calories burned and elapsed time in alternating intervals. And, I've gotta tell you, after one day, I felt my muscles respond right away. It's been about 2 weeks now, and I'm already visibly toning from the neck down. It's amazing how the body bounces right back. So, for a simple piece of equipment that doesn't cost a fortune, this will get you going in the right direction. You might even feel like you stole something, it's of such great value. And it's nice and compact so you can literally slide it under the bed when not in use, if you want. ... show more

Not bad for the price. The belt slips to the side a little, and you only have two options for incline, one of them being flat on the ground. But other than that, it works well. I’ve had this for months and I use it about 5 to 6 hours a week and it has held up nicely. It’s not too loud. I can watch TV while I use it. It’s also lightweight and easy to store. I’m a 5 foot three woman and it’s the perfect size for me. I would recommend something different for someone with longer legs. ... show more
