I did originally receive a used defective product but I just asked for a replacement and the new one is MAGNIFICENT i couldn’t be happier. It’s tiny yet mighty. My little brother showed me this little printer and I had to have one. The great thing about thermal printers are they are quiet, reliable, and inexpensive to use. I can’t get over the value you get for this price. I used it today to print off a shipping label! The app is easy to use, it pairs with the printer seamlessly, and has quite a few features. I bought this little printer for myself to spruce up the letters I’ve been sending my boyfriend during bootcamp. I have had no issues with the app (make sure you give it permission to ALL your photos to ensure it doesn’t crash) or with the printer itself. The only reason it doesn’t receive 5 stars is because the printer sometimes crunches the paper very lightly and small, which causes me to have to reprint some photos, which means I need to buy the paper more often. I was also a little disappointed that I couldn’t find replacement paper rolls from the seller. I had to buy from another seller and hope they would work. (thankfully they did) ... show more

When I first got it everything was fine. After a week the app started to be in another language even after making sure my app was set to English. From then on every single photo is printer super zoomed in and bad. I bought a second printer thinking maybe it was a bad first but same results.
