These pills are easy to swallow. I like that the base is coconut oil and that this has MK-4 and MK-7 forms of Vitamin K. I also like the quantity that comes per bottle. This makes this a better value than some other options.

The 1 thing I don`t like is that it may contain tree nuts as some nuts contain fungus.I like that it has 600 total mg of mk4 & mk7 & it doesn`t contain any junk in the extra ingredients.The price is very good & getting 180 capsules is a bonus.I like that it is full spectrum & has cocunut oil baseI mainly use this as my Dr. said that after 50 yrs old calcium is drawn from the bones & into the arteries which is NOT good,this product takes it from the arteries back into the bones & takes away buildup in the arteries.One other thing I always look for is that this is 3rd party tested & I will recommend this product!!! I love the fact that this supplement has two forms of vitamin k2 and it is made with coconut oil to be more absorbable. Therefore it is easily digestible and gets into my system quickly.

I learned a few years ago how very important & beneficial K2 is for people's health. I had been buying separately k2 Mk4 & separately Mk7...Love that both are in one tiny softgel. Super easy to take & love that coconut oil is a ingredient. Smells great too♥️

I liked the different vitamins that you get mixed inside these capsules but, the coconut smell is a little strong for me. Perhaps because I really don't like coconut. The pills are fairly large but, you can swallow them with a good gulp of water. They need to be kept in the fridge which is a little odd but you roll with it.
