MaryRuth Organics Kids Multivitamin Gummies have been a total win in our house! My kids actually look forward to taking them every day they love the taste so much they think it’s candy, which makes my life a lot easier. What really impressed me, though, is the difference I’ve noticed in their energy levels and overall attitude. They seem more upbeat, focused, and ready to take on the day. I buy these gummies for my 6 year old son. He loves the flavor and texture, and he can be a picky boy! I love that they are organic and have folate instead of folic acid. My son is on the spectrum and only eats certain foods because he is sensitive to texture and smells so giving him these makes me feel better about him getting the vitamins and nutrients he needs. The only thing that I will say is a negative is the gummies tend to get a little stiff towards the end of the month when we are almost done. Not majorly, and my son doesn’t seem to mind and he can still chew with ease. But it might be an issue for other kiddos.

We’ve been using these on and off for 1–2 years and they’ve always been our favorite multivitamin gummies. An easy win for my picky 5-year-old! The taste was great, sugar-free, and the ingredients were better than most other brands. I even liked the taste myself. Best of all, I felt good knowing my daughter was getting the nutrients she needs, especially since she’s such a picky eater. UPDATE: It’s my understanding that they have changed their gummy manufacturer. I’ve bought at least 5 bottles over the last few months…both in stores and directly from their website…and the color and smell are now way off. I won’t be buying again until the quality issue has be resolved.
