I buy these for my sons. They're always on the go. So it's easy to take these. It dosen't upset their stomach at all. So they take them at any point during the day. I've been getting these vitamins for my teen son for a few years now and have the subscribe and save subscription for it. They provide adequate vitamins that he needs for his age. He likes the taste of them and has no problem taking them daily. Because they are gummies, they are heat sensitive and will melt and stick together if they get hot. My teen son takes these daily and says they’re “good”—which, coming from a teenager, is basically a glowing review. I tried one myself, and while the texture is soft and chewable, the taste was less than enjoyable (I tried the green apple flavor). I am sensitive to vitamins as they often upset my stomach, this one seems to make me a little nauseous. However, my son has not experienced this. Pros: ✔ Soft and easy to chew ✔ No complaints from my teen ✔ Child-resistant cap for safety ✔ no high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. Cons: • Not my favorite taste, but he likes them. • Not for kids under 12, pregnant, or nursing women (which is interesting) • Sugar content may not be suitable for everyone’s nutritional needs. • Those with sensitivities may experience stomach upset. This is the only teen boy vitamin I have been able to find on the market. There are plenty TEEN vitamins and several Teen GIRL vitamins but I have only found this one for BOYS. Like maybe you , I wondered what the difference is and since I am a mother of both a Teen boy and a Teen girl I looked at the ingredients and compared between the two. There are differences in ingredients. Makes sense since boys and girls need different vitamins. I then compared the ingredients to just regular Teen vitamins and THIS brand is the only one that had one for Teen Boys. The difference is slightly more vitamin C, niacin, and B6 than the One A Day Teen for her gummies. I thought that they used to have zinc but I haven't seen that in them in a while. I compared the ingredients from teens to men and teens have a higher percentage of ingredients than adults and so a one a day men's isn't in my dons best interest. These vitamins taste good and he never forgets to take them. They are better tasting than other Teen vitamins because they taste as good as just regular gummies.
