EXCELLENT PRODUCT for telogen effluvium. Pls get lab work if you are suffering from the same thing. Vit d, ferratin, thyroid, zinc and hormone levels. INSIST ON ALL. Do not be your own Dr. I was told by my dermatologist and my pharmacist that if you take a product like minoxydyl, etc all regrowth will shed out as soon as you stop. You can get growth from good food and vitamins like this. My vit d level was low and my follow up lab work had me in the "normal" category. NO! I compared my lab work from before and numbers may be in normal range then but not normal for me. God help all of you with Kaiser med ins. I take this daily plus an ADDITITION 2k iu of Nusava Organic VitD3/K2 plus 2 Nutra Champs (as directed) Iron gummies enhanced WITH CALCIUM (all on amazon)..3800k iu vit D total. Make sure you take the Vit D and this product AFTER eating protein..you need fat to absorb VitD..it is a fat soluable vitamin. If you do not consume with fat it will not be absorbed. Most people make the mistake of taking vitamins in the am with coffee on an empty stomach. NOT EFFECTIVE FOR ANY FAT SOLUABLE VITAMIN. I eat a few pieces of Tillamook beef jerky or, if not available I eat 2 tsp of butter. Make sure to take the Iron at night before bed. You will get full absorption that way. Best of luck to all growing new hair. It is a slow process. My hair shedding reduced dramatically within 3.5 months . Usually takes 3 to 6 months. This product helped ALOT. Tastes good too. I am just so thankful I am not as stressed out taking a shower and waiting to see more hair loss. The additional stress from that alone as devastating. When I had active, heavy duty shedding, I would rather have gone for a lethal injection. Much less pain. Eat well, take your vitamins, manage stress and buy good shampoo and conditioner. Sulphate/paraffin free and ones for thickening hair. Try to Just breathe and Take time for yourself. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I have been using this product for almost a year. First, I love the taste, and ease of consuming it in liquid form. I am not consistent with pills. For months I was not really taking it everyday. However, the results were truly amazing. I first noticed something was happening internally, because My nails began to grow and maintain strength. This has never been the case with my nails. Secondly, I wear protective styles ,so when my braider began to tell me how and thicker my hair had become, I begun to pay close attention. Once I realized that my hair had grown, I decided to get a silk press. The beautician told me my hair had a nice silky softness to it and it was very healthy too. So I decided that if not being consistent gave me these results, what would happen if I really became consistent. I make sure I take my MR vitamins EVERYDAY now. Not sure how long it will be before I give and update, but I surely will. Love this product.

I noticed a difference soon after starting to use these multivitamins in that I wasn’t as tired. Give it some time before saying it doesn’t work for hair growth. It took a few months for me to notice hair growth, but by now I have new hair several inches long all over my head. Taste is great too. When I first started the taste was kind of hard, but I got used to it and it’s not a problem at all anymore. I haven’t had any side effects and have taken it before, during, or after eating. It is kind of pricey, but to me it’s worth it.

I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. If not that’s okay because my hair, as mentioned stopped falling out and I will take that over anything. 😊 I hope this review helps you take the jump like I did!

I like that it is also a multivitamin. It addresses my hair fall concern, plus I don't have to take another kind of vitamin. It doesn't taste like a medicine at all. I thought it wasn't working because I'm expecting it to work in 2 weeks like other reviews had. But since it's a multivitamin, I decided to just take it as just my everyday vitamin. But after 2 months of taking this, I see baby hair growing around my forehead! It works but you got to be patient!

I dyed my hair on June 17 of this year and I have been taking this supplement maybe 2 weeks prior. My hair is growing very quickly, VERY quickly. I'm quite impressed with the results so far. This is a very potent mix plus the taste is not bad, very tolerable. No weird aftertaste to worry about. My photo shows the growth so far and it was even less a week ago so there's some abnormal hair growth I'm noticing and I'm not mad about it. My hair does not usually grow this fast.

I was not 100% is first, but I feel like moving to a liquid vitamin versus taking tons of different pills is the right move. It’s less of a mess and it doesn’t take up much space. I stored in the fridge with everything else and I can take it in the morning or evening with food and it’s cold. The taste is not all that bad in comparison to some others. I do intend on trying some of the other flavors and vitamins by Mary Ruth in the future to see which one works best for me. I have accidentally taken it on an empty stomach, but actually had no intestinal problems at all. Although it says take with food, I would also recommend drinking lots of liquids with it as most vitamins tend to give you a little tummy ache from time to time. Remember to shake up your bottle otherwise it will come out a much thicker orange color than you expect. Highly recommend and if there is a sale, I would suggest buying too because these things never go on sale. . The absorption is great. And my skin is looking really nice lately. My energy levels is back where it needs to be and I can’t wait to enjoy more of this summer taking Mary Ruth.
