I have been taking this for several months. I do not mind the flavor since you have to keep it in the fridge after opening. It tastes better chilled. Having said that..... even if this tasted terrible I would still be taking it. The results are amazing! I had been struggling with hair loss and thinning for years. I have tried SO MANY supplements oral and topical. Some have worked but nothing has worked like this product. My hair is the longest and the thickest it has been in years. I have this on my subscribe and save and will never be without it. I take it every morning. I did adjust the amount and only take 1 tablespoon. Only because it is not the cheapest product and a bottle was not lasting a full 30days at the recommended dosage. I took the full dose for 2 weeks and then lowered it. I can honestly say this is one of the best supplements I have found. I have been able to stop applying all the expensive topicals and taking the oral ones I was using and simply drink this daily. My nails are great, my skin looks better... and the hair growth for the win! I am very pleases with the ingredients and the effectiveness of this product. HIGHLY recommend!

I bought it because I wanted something to support my hair growth, and it really surprised me. The peach mango flavor is delicious, not like other supplements that taste bad. After a few weeks, I noticed my hair feels stronger, shinier, and it even seems to fall out less. I also like that it has biotin and no added sugar. Definitely worth it, I’ll be buying it again!

MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin + Hair Growth is easy to take and tastes much better than most liquid supplements. I love that it combines daily vitamins with 10,000 mcg of biotin and Lustriva for hair support. After about a month, I noticed less shedding and my hair feels stronger and shinier. My nails are also growing faster. It’s a little pricey, but the convenience and results make it worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy, effective hair growth boost.

Minus one star for the price, should be a 30 day supply for the price. I bought this for hair but I was really sold by the Inositol and potential PCOS uses. In combination with dietary changes this gives a great boost to the effects of dieting. My hair looks gorgeous and lost of new growth after a month. The mango tastes good cold - definitely keep it in the fridge - I use this about 3 days a week.

Not only is this a vitamin supplement, it’s ALSO a hair growth supplement. I have been taking the suggested amount (2tbsps) each morning for one month. I can DEFINITELY see a difference. More baby hairs growing in and less hair falling out in the shower. So grateful for this stuff. It’s worth the $. It does not upset my stomach, and the taste is not terrible. It tastes like a vitamin should taste.
