I love this product! The liquid vitamin really helps with the fast absorption. I can tell a difference when I take it and when I dont. Would recommend this to anyone needing a daily vitamin.

I am starting my second month of taking it and I love it and I’m very impressed! I can tell the days I don’t take it, because I am a full-time education teacher for pre-K through third grade and then I also work part-time as a pharmacy technician so I need all the energy I can get and also all the immunity! And I am a terrible pill taker which is why it never worked out with pills for me with vitamins so I’m very grateful to have a liquid one where it’s very easy to take easy to measure and it’s only one dose instead of having to take 10 pills to get the same thing. I’m getting now with 30 MLS. And the taste is so good! Because I tried some of the raspberry that I found at my pharmacy and it was so gross that I could not finish it, and I didn’t have near them out of good things in it like the strawberry does. And my boyfriend has tease me about it, making me more of a ginger I guess I’ll have to update that later ha! But highly recommend it’s been amazing and I’m so glad I’ve started taking it!

I’ve always had issues with vitamins bothering my stomach but this does bot. I like the liquid for the fact that you can adjust your dose if you need to. It taste okay doesn’t taste bad. I have no way of measuring what’s it’s doing for me but I feel good taking it as my diet was limited due to health issues.

The taste is good. It’s a tiny bit thick. Not like cough syrup more like jello that is just starting to set. It is sweet. This product did not hurt my stomach or caused any negative side effects that I can tell. I have been a long time subscriber and user of this particular Mary Ruth Product. For years, it was great and half the price of my old vitamin. For the past few months, I have received bottles mostly not packaged in the Mary Ruth box and without a measuring cup. The measuring cup missing is a minor issue because I have a number of them from over the years of using this product. What is not minor is the fact the Marty Ruth box that they bottles were packed in are no longer the norm. For the past few year, I have received the bottle simply thrown in an Amazon box that is far too large. This leads to it just rolling around inside the box while in transit. The result is a number of times the bottle’s seal has been broken where I can actually see the vitamin buildup in the groves under the cap while still supposedly sealed. There are also times where that buildup is not seen however when opening the bottle, the seal is already broken. Amazon was allowing customers to return them and at one time I went through 3 separate bottles to finally get one with a Mary Ruth box. However, that is no longer the case and should a bottle arrive in the manner described above, you are out the money. The product quality control no longer seems to be at the forefront of Mary Ruth’s philosophy and I can only chalk this up to cost savings on their end. The formula has also changed recently as well. At times, it is an orange color and tastes similar to what I expected and other times it is a yellowish color that tastes totally different. I’ve never been sick personally but I can’t say for sure if those yellowish colored bottles are defective from broken seals. The bottom line is that when one purchases this item, they are essentially playing Russian Roulette on what shows up on their doorstep. I have reached out to the company and never received a reply. Amazon no longer stands by this product either since returns of defective bottles are no longer allowed. If Amazon (who let’s face it is to profit) doesn’t have faith and confidence in the product, should the end user? It’s a shame because we have used this for years and now that my kids are at an older age have also been using it. Unfortunately, this partnership of us trusting Mary Ruth to deliver us a high quality product has been broken and we are no longer going to use it. There are plenty of other vitamin companies who are equally the same as what Mary Ruth used to stand for so we will simply shop around and figure out which one works best for us. From the most recent reviews, this seems to be a growing concern amongst Mary Ruth product users. Too bad Mary Ruth isn’t taking it seriously.
