I can’t recommend MaryRuth’s Multivitamin enough! This 32 FL Oz bottle has been a lifesaver for my 5-year-old daughter. She loves the taste, which is a huge win because getting her to take vitamins used to be a struggle. It’s great to have a product that works for the whole family, but I primarily bought it for her. The liquid form is so convenient, making it easy to measure. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in her energy levels and overall well-being since we started using it. I’ve tried several liquid vitamins before, but after about day three I can’t seem to stand them anymore. The flavors are way too strong and they’re just too sweet. I feel like I’m eating candy. Also, I was never very thrilled about the ingredients in the other liquid vitamins. I was reimbursed for these vitamins, but my review remains honest. I was pleased that it was not very sweet and the flavor was not overly strong. I personally did not taste strawberry, but almost like a very light peach flavor. It was hard to peg what I was tasting. All I know is that it wasn’t overly strong and I was grateful! I loved the ingredients list, especially that it was organic and had a few things other than just vitamins and minerals. As far as absorbency goes, I cannot know whether or not it was absorbed scientifically, obviously, but I do believe they were viable and absorbs well based on the fact that I quit my other quality vitamins to try these and my energy and alertness did not lower at all. I felt the same. I did decide that I don’t want to take liquid vitamins on a continual basis, though, because the convenience of a pill form works better for me in my lifestyle. That being said, I do rate this as a good, quality supplement based on a continuation of normal energy after switching from my other vitamins - which I’ve used for years with success.

Decided to try these after seeing all of the ads saying they went viral over TikTok (oddly enough I don’t watch TikTok very often so I had never seen anything on there about it). The first bottle I tried was the raspberry flavor- do not recommend that one. There were some reviews on here raving about how good it is but if you look at more recent reviews a lot of folks say something happened with that flavor and it doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Next I tried the strawberry which was good at first but after a week or two the taste changed. Couldn’t quite put my finger on it but tasted kinda plastic-y. I decided to go with fruit punch for the most recent bottle. Tastes fine so far but only a week or so in. If this one starts to taste funky I won’t buy anymore. I will say that I do feel like my energy increases when I take these. I don’t feel as tired and sluggish as I used to. Afternoon crash doesn’t happen. Aside from that I didn’t notice any changes in skin or hair or nails.

10000% worth the price and works as promised. I use this for myself and two of my toddlers a 2 year old and 4 year old. My two year old would always have a horrible time every time she got sick which would be often and last a long time no matter if it was a simple cold or something stronger. Specially during school season where everyone is sick and often My two year old rarely gets sick and when she does it last maybe 3 days to a week and is not severe. I was also on a liquid diet for several months and I usually come out with vitamin d deficiency or anemia without the diet and when I went for my checkups I was perfectly healthy with no deficiencies. I don’t notice any difference in terms of appetite which I mention because some vitamins do make me hungrier, I don’t notice a difference with my skin, hair or nails but do see a huge difference health wise in me and my children. I think the taste is a little too sweet but nothing I can’t tolerate. For my children I mix it with their juice and they have no issues drinking it. There’s no medicine test at all.
