This is my second bag and it has made a big difference with my health. First I love the fact that there is usually not if any fillers in their products. I have taken Vit D3 for a long time but this time I saw a huge difference in my nail and hair. I lost my hair 10 years ago to chemo and since taking
Vit D3 from MicroIngredients it has started to fill in. My fingernails were getting to my ridges and splits in them I couldn't grow them out until the last several months after using this product for several months. I have using thei products for over a year and highly recommend any of the products from the company.

I learned if you get gallstones, tonsil stones, plaque etc your body is lacking d3 & k2 to absorb calcium. These are soft & small so they’re easy to swallow. Also love this packaging vs a pill bottle.
