I actually really enjoy this brand, and have my kids on them as well. The only down fall is that they get really hard really quickly. This one I don't take daily, but more of as needed and they get very hard to chew. I buy again but a smaller quantity so they will last longer. I love when my vitamins come in gummy form, and I thought this could be a good replacement to my vitamin D supplement. Unfortunately, I could not feel a great difference in my mood. In fact, because of the lower dosage of vitamin D, I felt my mood getting worse. The flavor is also not the greatest, it tastes a little bit too fake. I noticed that my mood was in the trash a lot and has been that way for a while. Just always feeling down, depressed which is not me. I saw these while scrolling and was like, hm. I know the Olly sleep works, let me try these Happy ones. After a month, I'm singing in the morning for no reason. Im laughing more.
