Just took my first dose. So I can't speak to the effectiveness yet. However, it is clear that there *is* saffron in it! You will be tasting it for awhile after you take it. So, if you don't like the taste of saffron you might what to avoid this.

I am a newlywed (second marriage) after 15 years of intentional singleness. My husband had to wrench me out of my cocoon during COVID and it continues to be a challenge for me to accept another human in my space. And, for his part, he has a short fuse at times. If something does not go either of our ways, snap! Listen, he really ticked me off today: this is an ongoing issue where he criticizes anything I put in the grocery basket. Today, it was a salad keeper. But, rather than get upset, I simply said, “That sounds like a family of origin issue.” I simply did not have it in me to react. He pulled me aside, then, to chastise me. I repeated that he has an issue, probably needs to work it out with a therapist. He griped at me for that … I smiled … (thank you Happy Pills) … and he walked away. Now look, I love my husband. He is a good man, normally a generous person, we love shopping together in general. For clothes, furniture, anything but groceries. Maybe he needs to borrow my Happy Pills. The other day I was feeling anxious about a situation in my life. Couldn’t get a handle on my feelings. Heart palpitations. Took my daily Happy Pills dose. Short while later … chilled out. I can’t control other people, I realized. So, relax. It is a challenge to have amy energy when you are post-menopausal. I rearranged my craft supplies cabinet today. I haven’t done that for YEARS; moved it to our new home the mess that it was. I set up our guest room yesterday. It has sat dormant since we moved here. These Happy Pills are also very yummy. I took an extra one today because I wanted something sweet, I like the sugary texture, and they were there. I have never experienced an aftertaste, as folks have mentioned. These Olly Happy Gummies actually worked pretty well for me—I noticed a slight boost in my mood and overall calmness after taking them consistently for a few days. They also taste really good, which makes it easy to remember to take them. That said, a big heads-up for anyone with allergies: these are processed in a facility that also handles shellfish. I have a shellfish allergy, and while I didn’t have a reaction, I personally decided to stop taking them just to be safe. If you don’t have allergies, they’re worth a try for a gentle mood lift.     • HEADACHE AND BAD MOOD PILLS! AVOID!

So ya know? These say happy and cute worms and sometimes I get tired of rawdogging my mental health so I tried these. A few random days in and my kid was like, "Uh.....what is up with your bad mood? It's like really REALLY bad. Are you OKAY?" Because I wasn't. These made me feel like how I wanna talk to your manager people must feel on a 24/7 basis. I was angry, gloomy, easily frustrated by the stupidest things (my coat won't zip let me go nuclear! I have a hangnail OMG!), and just in general *I* would not like to be around my own dang self so sorry to everyone else within my sphere of being. I stopped taking these and everything else except pills I need to like, you know, live? I thought gee, maybe something is wrong? I even had my doctor run a bunch of tests just to make sure that my mood plus some headaches were not caused by my actually being unwell (anemic or my thyroid levels being off or something). Nothing. All normal. SO I went back to regular life and my usual stable but unsteady life after about a week. And then the news/life stress happened as it does and I randomly took one of these cute things thinking they probably did nothing. What can it hurt? And it was like instantaneous massive PMS or PMDD combined within an hour with that headache. oh. Now there doesn't SEEM ingredients-wise to be anything major in these that would cause this but maybe the blend is bad for me? Anyway I chucked them and then talked to my friend group only to find it is not just me. Then I looked on other sites (sounds like read it) where people are saying avoid these. The gummies worked great in regards of having a more positive outlook and more energy/motivation everyday. But after a couple weeks of taking them, I noticed my anxiety started to sky rocket. I started getting super anxious about random things and would feel super jittery. I would say these are a great option for those who don’t have severe anxiety, but if you do then I’d recommend staying away and trying something else. Once I stopped taking them daily I was back to my calm self. Great flavor though! ... show more
