I forgot to do a before picture. Before taking these vitamins along with Vitamin K... my nails really grew healthy and strong. I took a picture of my left hand because it grew the most. My right grew also but because it's my dominant hand it took a little longer for my nails to grow.

These definitely help me! I have not had a cold or sore throat for probably 20 years! If I feel a scratchy throat or feel like I may get a cold I just take a bunch of these. I am 84 and still clean house, cook for hired help, do quick-books, and run a business! I have all kinds of energy and have a positive attitude! I just take vitamins and stay away from doctors and live on a ranch-farm. I just stay very active. I am very healthy and just take vitamins! My doctor recommended that I supplement with vitamin A. I ordered this and after a week of taking it, along with vitamin D and B12 (both were already a daily for me), I do feel much better! Less fatigue, brain fog, and malaise. I have fibromyalgia, neuralgia, and arthritis. Plus perimenopause, PMDD, and PCOS. So, any improvement makes me happy! I'm extremely satisfied with this product. It gets the job done and the price is right. P.S. Flavor is not a factor. There's no flavor as long as long as the softgel remains unbroken. If it breaks you will taste a fish flavor. That tells your the label is accurate: derived from fish liver oil.
