I can honestly say my hair edges are filling back in. I had had problems with getting them back to grow being they were stripped from the roots due to wig units an excessive amount of years. It seemed like nothing worked. I'm actually impressed. I have been taking this for about over a month now. I will say its NOT a 30 day supply. Maybe 3 weeks I've tried peach and the dragon fruit flavor. I liked the peach better. Just a personal preference. Wasn't as bad a a few reviews I read. The texture maybe a bit thick. I have also been taking the b12 gummies here and there. Take this product consistently and you'll be sure to see results. I cant say what the shedding look like at the moment due to having braids. Because my hair would shed a lot due to birth control. I will update with before and after pics maybe after a couple more uses.

I started taking MR hair vitamins about six months ago for about two months. I stopped after I finished the second bottle because of the cost. I noticed the difference in my skin when I tried to replace with a cheaper hair, skin and nail vitamins tablet. I decided to purchase Mary Ruth’s again but now I only purchase during Amazon prime days and I take it every other day. When I first began taking it, I was taking 2 tbsp everyday and I would get an acne mark at least once a week. I think I went through two packs of acne patches. Since I have restarted taking it, I noticed I have not had any issues with acne since I only take every other day.

I’ve finished my first bottle that I bought at Target and I just ordered this as my second bottle from Amazon. It took 3 weeks to finish one bottle as consuming as suggested (2 tablespoons in the morning). After 3 weeks (1 bottle), I can definitely feel the difference on my hair, skin, and nails although others wouldn’t be able to recognize much difference yet. My hair is thicker, heavier, and shinier. And same for my nails. My skin feels less dry. I’be been having a very serious hair loss for about 15 years now, and nothing really worked. But this vitamin is easy to drink, tasty, and I happen to not skip it for a day. It’s a bit too sweet like a cough syrup, and you’ll get some pimples in the first week due to high biotin. But the pimples will go away from week 2, and you’ll be able to see subtle but definite differences by week 3. I highly recommend this vitamin to people with hair loss and damaged nails. After you shower and dry your hair, you will see the new hairs growing on top of your scalp.

I started taking this because I noticed increased hair fall. It was bad- to the point that I consulted a dermatologist. So the rate of hair fall/new growth and the purported skin benefits (reduced fine lines, etc) are really what I am looking for with this product. Some reviewers have noted that they don't like the taste. I actually like the peach mango. I am currently on my 2nd bottle. I have noticed a slight decrease in my hair loss. I have not noticed any benefit to my skin whatsoever. Not bad for 30-days of use.

Tastes good! While I have no clinical tests to substantiate my observations, it seems like my hair is growing more. Still noticing a lot of hair in my brush, shedding on my sweaters, but improvement nonetheless. Nails are stronger. Overall, this vitamin supplement is improving my health: My sleep has become more extensive (less tired during the day, wake up 5mins before alarm (like when I was younger)), and my skin is clearer. I've taken 2T every day for 2 months on an empty stomach with no upset. This product is far superior and more pleasant than the pill multivitamin I took for years. I've put this on sub&save and I recommend.

I didn't believe a friend that recommended this product as the holy grail. I have since changed my tune. I've been struggling with severe hair loss. The bottom of the shower being covered. Now, 3 weeks in with using this miracle product, no more hair loss. Imagine my shock upon washing my hair mentallypreparing to clean up all the hair un the shower. I look down and nothing. Nada.
