I have been taking this for several months. I do not mind the flavor since you have to keep it in the fridge after opening. It tastes better chilled. Having said that..... even if this tasted terrible I would still be taking it. The results are amazing! I had been struggling with hair loss and thinning for years. I have tried SO MANY supplements oral and topical. Some have worked but nothing has worked like this product. My hair is the longest and the thickest it has been in years. I have this on my subscribe and save and will never be without it. I take it every morning. I did adjust the amount and only take 1 tablespoon. Only because it is not the cheapest product and a bottle was not lasting a full 30days at the recommended dosage. I took the full dose for 2 weeks and then lowered it. I can honestly say this is one of the best supplements I have found. I have been able to stop applying all the expensive topicals and taking the oral ones I was using and simply drink this daily. My nails are great, my skin looks better... and the hair growth for the win! I am very pleases with the ingredients and the effectiveness of this product. HIGHLY recommend!

This definitely got my hair growth back up to speed. I put off dying my hair so that I could measure my growth rate. Before I started the vitamins I had half an inch or less of growth in 2 months. After taking this for one month it grew another inch. I now have a bunch of crazy short hairs sticking out all around my head. This also gives me a great energy and mood boost. I'm sure that I was lacking in an essential vitamin. That effect will probably be less noticeable for someone who isn't deficient, but I love the feeling. The downside of it, this is not really preventing hair fall for me. I started taking additional supplements for that and use nizoral. Looks like I will also be trying minoxidil. If you are dealing with other underlying health issues then this one supplement may not be able to fully control hair fall. Mine is likely a combo of age related hormones and weight loss so, yeah, good luck right. I'll keep taking this as long as I can afford it. The taste is alright. I swig it down quickly and refill the little cup with water so to get as much vitamin as possible from the cup. It is a thicker consistency. It's not nearly as bad as msm powder.

MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin + Hair Growth is easy to take and tastes much better than most liquid supplements. I love that it combines daily vitamins with 10,000 mcg of biotin and Lustriva for hair support. After about a month, I noticed less shedding and my hair feels stronger and shinier. My nails are also growing faster. It’s a little pricey, but the convenience and results make it worth it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy, effective hair growth boost.

I’ve purchased this supplement 9 times on Amazon and several more in-store at Whole Foods, so it’s safe to say I’ve been using it for a long time. I was very consistent for about six months when I first started taking it, then fell off the wagon during a tough rut — I stopped all my supplements (this multivitamin, fish oil, probiotics, etc.) and really felt the difference. My energy dipped, and overall, I just felt like crap. About five months ago, I committed to getting back on track and being consistent with everything again, especially this liquid multivitamin. Starting from that low baseline, I can say I’ve definitely felt a noticeable improvement in my energy and overall well-being. I also want to mention hair growth — I’ve been getting my hair done regularly for the last year, and my money piece is brought right up to my scalp, so it’s easy to see growth. I’d say in the past four months, I’ve had about four inches of growth, which is impressive. I can’t say for sure if it’s only this supplement, but I do feel like it’s giving my body the best chance to thrive. Taste-wise, I’ve tried both the peach mango and the dragon fruit. I don’t love the flavor, but it’s not horrible — totally manageable and worth it for the benefits. Yes, the price is high, but I keep coming back to this brand after trying others. That says a lot to me. I’m giving it four stars only because the price is pretty steep. For example, Pure Synergy offers a high-quality multivitamin for women that’s usually under $60 and they’re a very reputable brand. Still, I find myself returning to this one again and again. Occasionally, it does go on sale here on Amazon or at Whole Foods, and when it drops to around $55 a bottle, it feels much more reasonable

It takes time and it might not be for everyone but it's working great for me. Ordered July 1st and started taking the same day. I did have an adjustment period (think a bit of nausea and a few extra bathroom visits) but after a week I was good. It is now Aug 8th and my hair is so shiny and soft! It was soft before but this is next level. It's getting thicker but it's still early on so my ends are not equally as thick yet. I had my ends trimmed and I obviously have less shed because they do look a bit bushier. I believe it has extended my growth period so that's why. My skin has never really been a problem but I usually get a pimple or two around my period and I still do. Nothing extra though so that's a plus (I heard some folks breakout). My nails are stronger and longer too. I have one more serving in this bottle and 2 bottles waiting. I'm definitely going to keep using this for awhile. Maybe I'll downgrade to something cheaper later on but for now the sales and subscribe and save makes it manageable. Personally, I enjoy the flavor and the consistency so I don't know what all the complaints are about. Although I am someone who enjoys wheat grass juice, protein powder and bars, oysters and whatever else people normally complain about.
