So I was a bit worried. 1st off, it stinks. It smells like vitamins and I personally think vitamins stink. 2nd- It is thick and orange. I honestly expected thin red liquid since it is raspberry flavored. I got up the courage and took it. It actually wasn't bad. I am quite impressed. It has the texture and flavor of a kids medication. There wasn't a weird after taste which would have stopped me from ever taking another dose. I struggle with a diet rich in vitamins so I have to take them. This is a lot easier on my stomach than swallowing pills. If I need to separate the doses I can to make it even more gentle. We will see in a couple of days just how effective they are.

Overall is a great multivitamin. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the taste. It’s not great and reminds me of cough medicine I took as a kid. Also, be prepared for the multivitamin to turn your pee bright yellow. This is because there’s too much of some of the listed vitamins in it and your body is outputting whatever it doesn’t use into your urine. That’s how I know this multivitamin actually works though. My body uses what it needs and outputs the rest.
