Great value for your money. I use this 3 to 4 days a week and it helps with circulation and strength. My husband even started using this.

The media could not be loaded. I did enjoy this product while it was in working order. I felt good circulation going through the body with use of this product. Unfortunately, after six weeks of use the plate is no longer vibrating. Power will turn on the device. The remote works well still but the vibration is no longer working after six weeks. I didn’t use this daily. I use it two times a week out of the six weeks. I am very surprised & dissatisfied that this product no longer isn’t working order. Since I am outside of the month mark, I am no longer able to return this product. I did try troubleshooting with the troubleshooting prompts and none of them worked for this particular issue. I am hoping company reaches out to me after this review in hopes to remediate the issue.

I LOVE THIS. IT'S VERY STURDY. IT HAS A REMOTE THAT COMES WITH SO YOU CAN CHOOSE THE LEVEL OF INTESNSITY YOU WANT TO USE. YOU CAN DO MULTPLE EXCERCISES ON IT. IT SENDS VIBRATIONS THROUGH YOUR BODY. IT DOES SEEM LIKE YOU GET A GOOD WORKOUT. I USELY DO IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINS AND I FEEL LIKE I GOT A GOOD WORKOUT IN.

I wanted to try this product out because I heard a lot of reviews that it was helpful for low back pain and I can also agree with them! After having used it several times, I've felt an improvement in some body aches and pains I've been feeling. I have degenerative damage in my lower back that I can easily throw out in my sleep with tossing and turning and bad sleeping positions. Which is precisely what happened to me this morning. I woke up feeling like my back was going out again. I decided to sit for 10 minutes on it, with my feet comfortably crossed in front of me on the ground in front of me sitting on the machine. The vibration really helped and felt like a massage, all the way up my back and down for that entire time. I felt the circulation improve and then I used it again later, sitting in a computer chair with my feet on the pad. It's a very versatile machine, super powerful, but I'm ok not having resistance bands. My overall balance and strength have improved as well! I believe this item already paid for itself after already using it 10 times or more! It's a great value for the money compared to other models online for sale.
