I love mine! I've had it since November and I use it almost everyday. I prefer to use one of the programs. I feel like it's perfect for after my weight training sessions, to loosen me up. I still haven't even explored all the features - it has so many. It's easy to use. Solid but not to heavy to maneuver. Many speed settings - choose what you prefer. The design is sleek. The media could not be loaded. It’s a good machine to use so far, although I don’t quite know how this works exactly. I’ve used it for five days and it’s been a good de-stresser of sorts after I come home from work (I work in a kitchen and on my feet for 10 hrs). The bands are a little short though, they don’t stretch up to my shoulder level so it’s a bit uncomfortable to use—I use them if I do squats then it’s at a good resistance level. But if I’m standing (and I’m only 5’1”), it stops short of shoulder level. This is fun to use and it’s great for watching tv, so at least you’re not just sitting down. And for a small apartment with no real room for a large exercise machine, this helps. Adds to your regular walking or running, etc, routine.

I'm on the hEDS spectrum and was reading anecdotes of others having relief using a vibration plate, have family who uses one of bone health. I was interesting in using it to help with inflammation (hello aunt flow), help with digestion, nervous system regulator, and warm ups /cool downs before workouts. I kinda enjoy the funny sensation it gives, it's very powerful, but I don't like the lack of programming to get just a steady vibration, or even different patterns, and instead stuck with "up /down" build up programs. I'm not sure if it's this product power or my body but it made me feel worse for days, still feeling thr effects. I feel stiff, locked up, and more inflamed

I waited to provide a review on this until at least a month into using it. It works great. I like the feature that has suction cups on the bottom of it so it does not vibrate and make large noises when running. The platform is a great size to make sure that you have a sturdy stance. Would highly recommend this product and even recommended it to a coworker who bought one the next day.

I am normally a skeptic with some of these types of items. I bought this to help with my hips and legs when running, biking or when I need relief. This was such a game changer. I have had for about a month. I use it almost daily. It’s so easy to hop on and use when folding laundry or blow drying my hair! I love how my legs feel relaxed and not nearly as tight after a work out. I did not think i’d love this as much as I do. It’s light so you can move it from room to room. I like the instruction booklet with various ways of using it. The only thing that’s annoying is when it wants to connect to bluetooth, it’s extremely loud, I wish it would only say it’s connected when you actually connect your device. The foot bed is really nice to use while standing. When I am using it on my arms or sitting I put a towel down as it can hurt. This has been my favorite random purchase and so glad I got it. If you’re in the fence, just get it.

Works as advertised. Seems well made. This is my first week using it. I'm using it for circulation in my lower legs (I have mostly a desk job). Only time will tell if it will help with that. I'm tucked it mostly under my desk, it would make my knees bang the desk during use, so I just roll my chair out a bit so my legs don't hit the desk. From initial usage, I *think* it's helping. I"m starting with 5 minute sessions, and am doing it about 3 times per day (when I remember really). I think my longer-term goal will be to use it for 5 minutes every hour when I'm stuck at my desk. Program 2 is more tolerable on my back than Program 1 was.
